Resorts in Kannur

The nicest beach in Kerala, may be in India (forgett Goa)! Our host Prince was very helpful and super kind. They also have very delicious & authentic food (the breakfast was awesome!). The staff is kind, polite and attentative. The room was super clean and for a little extra we got the corner room with beach view. Aircon, Ventilators, Lights, Plugs and Water-Heater (turn on 15 min before shower) were all working flawlessly. We could even use their rooftop area to dry our loundry. The evening (also nights & mornings) were all quiet and you can chill & talk with fellow travelers and may have a beer. All in all: can very recommend, especially also for "western" tourists! If we are ever nearby, we will come again in a heartbeat.

I've travelled across India and explored various resorts across the length and breadth of the country. The level of hospitality one finds at Niraamaya, Kannur, I must say, is unparalleled. We were here last week for my mom's birthday. We stayed here for four days. And we couldn't have found a better place for the occasion. The property per se is pretty well kept and is a sprawling complex of boarding and recreational facilities. They also offer rejuvenation programmes administered by qualified doctors and have a dedicated spa as well as a wellness studio. The best part of Niraamaya though is that right from the staff at the reception - Anuraj, Shamil, Sanya, Sourav, and Harishma and to the staff at the restaurant - Akshay, Bibin, Antony, Aneesha, and Francis, to the staff from housekeeping to the staff keeping the gate - their ONLY agenda seems to ensure one gets a smooth and a comfortable stay. The more one talks to the staff, the more one understands both how passionate they are in their chosen field and how well the management takes care of them. In our case, for example, we hadn't even informed them earlier that we were coming here for an elderly person's birthday. But the moment the team got to know about it, they went above and beyond to ensure there was a flower decoration, there was a delicious payasam served as a surprise to us, etc. Thank you team for helping us unwind and have a wonderful time.

Nice view, great location & Good rooms

The property was well maintained, clean and neat. And the location is the utmost talking point, beautiful view from balcony. The only drawback is with food prices being expensive. However, swiggy and Zomato are available.
