The palace is well maintained. The palace tour gives a sense of the European influence in the design. The views of the city from the palace both in day and night time are fascinating. Excellent service is the hallmark of Taj and we experienced this at the property too.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Hyderabad. The location is great as it's a short walk away from Charminar and Makkah Masjid. But above all the property was spacious and very clean! We would definitely recommend it!

Very customer focus . Front office staff Mr Narasimha KV went out of the way to accommodate our request . We had wonderful family time due to his support as our son could join us during our stay. During stay as well, the entire staff was polite and very supportive . The housekeeping staff was very kind and accomodating .The room was spacious and view of city landscape was wonderful

There is nothing to fault upon! The hotel is classy and very clean with the most friendly staff who have gone over and beyond to assist my family and I. Smooth checkin, great breakfast and dinner buffet, they assist with transport and even helped us wear a saree and kindly kept our baggage after checkout! We liked location^ so many shops around. It was in new part of town. Breakfast was very good.We could find any food we want and staff( especially Ravi and Shiva) was so helpful and friendly.
