our stay was absolutely amazing, we will remember it forever. Silvy, Babu and their 2 children, Luckson and Dickson, made us feel extremely comfortable and like at home. location is great, outside the city of Munnar, and they have 1 room, so it is very peaceful and views are great. Silvy arranges trecks in the area, and her food is excellent. you can even take the cooking class which is great!

10 out of 10. I chose this hotel becuz of many good review. But it was worth it. We stayed 2nights. Staff's hospitality was awesome. All hotel staff are nice and ready to help us always. Specailly, Chef jesu, photographer Akashi, and general manager! thank you so much. I wanna come back to munnar, Becuz of this hotel! I didn't know this hotel have many programme. We enjoyed cardamom trekking. And everyday, there is tea time so enjoyed chai and coffee! It was my best memory ! thank you so much . i love this hotel so much

Small, clean, tranquil and charming boutique hotel located on the mountain slope. There is a picturesque view from the pool over the mountains and lushy tea plantations. Very good and tasty restaurant. Last but not least....the guy working in the reception is extremely helpful, nice and pro active. Already prior the trip, he booked us great hike in the mountains, as well the transfers. Everything at very affordable price. There are lots of activities to do in surrounding area - two-night stay was far away too short.Thanks a lot for very enjoyable stay!

We stayed at The Feel Munnar Resort for three nights with our family, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had in India. The location is calm and surrounded by beautiful green hills and fresh mountain air – perfect for escaping the noise of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and ideal for families. The view from our balcony was stunning – we loved sitting there with a warm drink in the morning, watching the mist roll over the hills. The beds were very comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were kind and always ready to help. They arranged a driver for us to explore the tea plantations, waterfalls, and other tourist spots. Everything was smooth and well organised. We had dinner at the resort restaurant every night. The food was fresh and tasty, with good vegetarian and mild-spice options that the kids could enjoy. We also appreciated how accommodating the kitchen was with our requests – it made dining very comfortable for the whole family. The peaceful environment, clean air, and excellent hospitality made this stay truly special. The kids loved the open space, and we enjoyed the quiet evenings with a cup of tea and the sound of nature all around. If you're visiting Munnar with your family and want a place that feels safe, peaceful, and well taken care of – this is the perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed and very satisfied. Definitely planning to come back again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Secret Valley Plantation Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, cooperative, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Satish, the restaurant manager, and the room boys for their attentive and friendly service. The reception team was very interactive and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Mr. Anaz, the General Manager, was extremely helpful and guided me throughout my stay. His support added a personal touch that made a big difference. The rooms were well-equipped with a bunch of thoughtful amenities, making it very comfortable and convenient. A family can easily stay here for 3–4 days and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing time. The resort itself is serene and beautifully maintained—perfect for a getaway in Munnar.
