The resort was amazing. One of the most beautiful resorts we have been to. The pictures were actually not doing justice to the beauty of the place. I was positively surprised by the beach and venues. Really good selection of restaurants and places to relax. I like that fact that they have adults only pool and restaurant (despite we traveled as family). Small things like offering sunscreen at the beach pool were a nice touch and considerate service. The room was really spacious and the view on was spectacular. Loved that the Monkeys came and said hello to our son a couple of times to the balcony. Just remember to keep the doors closed.

Location. Quiet beach to my liking. Close-to-nature environment. Ms. Junn (one of the duty managers) was cooperative & an exception to some of her otherwise unhelpful colleagues. She tried to get our complaints addressed by different means. But a guest booking Berjaya like resort, does it for facilities & not compensations!

The property is in an ideal position, next to the cable cars. It is unique to stay in a Chalet with the waves. The staff are all helpful, polite and ready to serve and give the guests a good time at the resort.

Amazing stay, staff friendly and helpful, recommend breakfast at the boat brasserie (quiet - no queuing and a great view overlooking the beach!). Favourite restaurant was the Thai - great in the evening to watch the sunset and recommend an evening at the Boat house on the beach with a cocktail or 2 and have live music / events. Spa worth a visit whilst your there. Great choice of food and drinks are good value at the resort. Recommend some of the excursions eg Mangrove boat trip.

A great place to stay. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful, offering early check-in to our family. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. If you like wildlife, you will not be disappointed with monkeys, flying lemurs, and other animals to be seen! There were lots of options for day trips and a great choice of restaurants at the resort. Would stay again!

Langkawi was our first stop in Malaysia and the Berjaya resort has welcomed us perfectly. The resort is located in the jungle near the sea and has little houses spread across the jungle and near the water. A shuttle brings you from the central area to the rooms and back. The pool is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The really good the extra mile for their guests. Special thanks to Mr Jamal for sending my forgotten belongings over by mail.
