Incredible facilities, everything was modern, spotless and luxurious. The Executive Suite room, with the large hot tub and city view, was well worth the upgrade. The rooftop restaurant Bangrak Grill was outstanding and reasonably priced. The token system was also very interesting, wish more hotels would follow this example. Loved the Spa that was open until midnight.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are spacious, clean and confortable. There are two pools with great views, good restaurant. The breakfast is really well stocked. The staff was super nice, I had a problem with a taxi and they were very helpfull, specially Nueng (concierge). Thank you very much for the great stay, highly recomended.

Cleanliness, Personel attitude and availability, room design, position

The staff at the Chatrium were excellent and very helpful. They made my visit all that more special. The hotel is amazing and whatever scent they are using throughout the lobby is intoxicating. The pool and breakfast areas were outstanding! Great location if you want to do some shopping! Right next to Central World and Siam Paragon!

The Ascott Thonglor Bangkok is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world, including 5 star hotels at thrice the rate. My room number was 1313 but it was the luckiest stay! It deserves a detailed review... 1. Booking: Was very easy through booking.com. I got a genius discount as well as a free room upgrade to an Executive Studio! 2. Check in: was a breeze. Very helpful staff. The whole hotel is a smoke free zone, which was music to my ears! 3. Room: The Executive Studio was just perfect in every way. Everything in the room was as if made to enhance my stay. It was fully equipped with anything I may need - safe, hair dryer, iron and stand, gown, slippers... It was completely sound proof and I was never disturbed by any noise from the corridor or adjacent rooms. The kitchenette was amazing, though I didnt use it much. A stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. Overall, it was like a small apartment. The bed, pillows, comforter, bed linen, towels were of excellent quality, and very comfortable - it was a pleasure to get into bed! Internet was great and free. Air conditioning settings could be changed as desired. The lighting was very unique, with low rope lights under the bedside tables and bathroom sink so you could go to the bathroom at night without turning all on the lights. Truly, it had all the things one would want from a hotel, including things one didnt even know about! 4. Bathroom: Just fabulous! It seemed like it was newly made and I was the first person to use it. The toileteries provided were of very good quality, and replaced as I used them. 5. Services: Overall the staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned perfectly to a T every day. It seemed as if the person(s) who cleaned it knew my needs and preferences. It was just so lovely clean modern the views were spectacular from the bar ans restaurant the food was lovely and they were so helpful We were on our last night in Thailand we previously stayed at another hotel at the start of our holiday and wished we had stayed here the area seems quite nice we didn’t really discover it as the hotel was too nice to leave it if we visit Bangkok again we will definitely stay here

In general, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful specially the front desk lady Mr's VIEW, she was amazing and marvellous.

The pool was fab and the two bedroom apartment option was great with our teens!
