I had a meal in the swiss bistro which was excellent, the food was cooked to perfection and the staff were very friendly. Onur at the check-in desk/check-out was exceptionally helpful as were all the staff. I thought the hotel was exceptional. I was upgraded to a suite on arrival and this made for a very relaxing stay, the suite was outstanding and the room service was prompt and amazing.

The overall facilities, the staff and location is really good. 1. The hotels spa and gym photos dont do justice with the over all ambience of the facilities, they are far more better than what they look like in the pictures. 2. Location: it has a perfect location with 3 mins walk from the nearest bus station right behind the hotel, from where direct buses go to the city's main attractions like taksim square and istiklal street. The nearest metro station is 8 mins walk and has direct linkage to blue mosque and grand bazar. 3. The locality has many shops near by, with alot of places to eat with in 2 mins walking distance. I would come back and stay at the same place. Highly recommended. I am not going to name any staff here as all of them were very accomodating and ready to help even in late hours.

The hotel is excellent. Staff is very friendly and attentative. The facilities are clean and the rooms are very modern.

Actually we stayed at the property more than we have planned. We were upgraded and we were very happy to get a wonderful apartment on a 21 floor with breathtaking view . It was absolutely amazing - very comfortable beds , spacious living space everything you need to feel like home !Everything was perfect !

Услугата во хотелот е на највисоко ниво,персоналот е буквално на располагање 24/7.безбедноста во хотелот е исто така на највисоко ниво,морате да влезете низ метал детектор,а до собите со лифт можете да стигнете само доколку имате картица од собата.ние пристигнавме еден ден порано од направената резервација и исконтактирав со хотелот ако постои можност да ни ја чуваат собата без да правам дополнителна резервација и не беше никаков проблем.не пречекаа со пијалок за добредојде,мал но убав гест.после два дена престој не бараа на телефон да не прашаат дали е се во ред и да не имаме некаква потреба.тоа не ни се сличило ни во најлуксузни хотели.веднаш до хотелот има метро станица па не е воопшто тешко движењето низ градот.паркингот е голем бесплатен,затворен со рампа и плус има чувари во секое време.можете да се паркирате и воопшто да не мислите на колата.15 дена пред пристигнување исконтактирав со хотелот да прашам дали може да се гледа утакмица во фоајето или на терасата,ми кажаа дека нема да има да пренос на утакмицата,за после 15 дена да добијам порака со која ме известуваат дека утакмица сепак ке може да се гледа на неколку локации во хотелот.ми беше неверојатно дека некој се сетил да ме извести за промената,за прашање кое воопшто не се ни однесува за сместувањето во хотелот.доручекот е разноврсен,има за сечиј вкус по нешто. За време на престојот имаше и свадба,но музиката воопшто не се слушаше во собите.имате и менувачница во хотелот со коректен курс. Собите не се ликсузно опремени,но се коректни,има се што е потребно,папучи,пешкири,четка и паста за заби,сапун,крема за раце,гел за туширање,кондиционер,млеко за тело,лажица за кондури,сеф,добро опремен минибар.постелнина и пешкири се менуваат секој ден. Се на се,овој хотел од мене добива највисоки оцени и верен клиент.

We had the best check in experience, the staff explained us an upgrade and we took it it was great. The executive lounge was great and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel is close to a lot of great eating joints.

Superb beautiful hotel located in the Sultanahmet area. We stayed in the Superior Room with a Sea View unit. Impressive view, the room is spacious and bright, so is the bathroom and the bed is very comfy. Massive thanks to Levent and Osman for the help, recommendations, laughs and memories. Thanks also to Endy (from Garden 1897 Restaurant) for the food recommendations and conversation. Breakfast was good, the Garden Restaurant's food was superb, and the hotel location is within walking distance to all the attractions and the Sultanahmet Metro. Superbly friendly and helpful staff. It is truly as advertised.
