Great customer service, respectful and efficient; spacious and clean rooms; and the breakfast was delicious with a very good selection of food to cater to many tastes.

Wonderful stay at Kaya Hotel in Izmir! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great, just 10 minutes by car to the biggest shopping mall. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely stay here again!
