The staff's attention was very good and attentive; they helped us with bus reservations, currency exchange, and getting a SIM card, which made the trip much easier. The room was very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that was much appreciated for sleeping. Good breakfast and a very good location—close to the center but not in the noisiest areas, making it more peaceful. They also give you recommendations on where to eat and where to go. Totally recommended.

Service was exceptionnal. the Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast daily was delicious with a nice variety. I had a massage and a facial that were so relaxing and wonderful. We spent some time at the rooftop bar which has great views of the city along with great bartenders.
