Simply perfect - everything was fantastic! Loved the bedding, it felt absolutely heavenly - I even wanted to buy a few pillows :D The staff was beyond professional and accommodating - top notch, and a benchmark for top hospitality quality 12/10 would come back there again, an absolutely beautiful property where everything is thought of already before you can even start to want it

The resort is on the remote part of the island of Bintan. It’s been beautifully designed with traditional Indonesian straw roof. The pristine small beach is only 50 meters away, the staff are wonderful people with real empathy and and professionalism. The food is also great. If you’re either living in nearby Singapore of visiting for business you really must spent some time in this resort to destress. They also have a highly recommended spa by the river. What’s not to like?

The Residence was simply excellent: villas, pool, beach, restaurants, spa and especially the service attitude of the staff! I have never ever had such a good service in any hotel anywhere. They are all so kind and really want to make you feel good. And in addition, they surprise you with some extra things like snacks in the room, flowers or some other extra attention. We really enjoyed our holidays in the beautiful and relaxing surroundings. We had a villa with own pool on the beach which was lovely, but also the large common pool was very nice and beautiful. They offer plenty of excursions and activities and the spa is good. I can warmly recommend The Residence!

Fantastic facilities, location, like a little paradise - beautiful beach, two swimming pools with view on the beach, lots of trees (lovely shade), very natural setting. The kitchen is open all day from 7am to 10pm so it's very convenient and also the food is really good. The tables are located right above the beach so you can have all your meals and cocktails with a beautiful view and nice breeze. All staff was super nice. There's a real effort to not use plastic and be environmentally friendly, like glass straws and asking clients to use maximum one beach towel per day, and you can refill water at their fountains and ask for a glass of water anytime at no charge (so not plastic water bottles need to be used, which we appreciate a lot). Bungalows are comfortable, quite spacious, a bit rustic, don't expect luxury, but they are very pleasant and functional. Spa center has massage offering that we also enjoyed. There are faucets everywhere so you can wash your hands (nice for the kids) and also wash the sand from your feet easily before entering the pool or your bungalow. I don't come there to be connected but for information for other visitors, the WiFi worked pretty well (watched women world cup matches).

Personally, I can truly see myself revisiting Sadi Beach House. I loved everything about this place — from the calm, beautiful ambience to the exceptional hospitality. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, which made the stay feel very personal and comforting. The spa massage deserves a special mention. It was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Deeply relaxing and professionally done — a must-try if you’re staying here. The food was excellent. Meals are not buffet-style; instead, your chosen main dishes are served with complimentary and generous side dishes. Overall, Sadi Beach House felt less like a resort and more like a second home. The peaceful environment, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, restful, and heartfelt getaway.

The hotel was new and very beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly, they did everything they could to make the guests comfortable. The room was of good quality and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were beautifully arranged and the food was very delicious. The entire staff were brilliant and lovely.

The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We loved that all the meals were planned and prepared for us, which took the fuss out of us having to plan ahead for meals. The villa we stayed in was exactly as we expected from photos. The activities available were fun and enjoyed by the family, both young and old; we participated in activities such as boat and boom net, firefly tour, kayaking, skywalk, flying fox, marine walk and rock climbing.

Beautiful hotel, a big, modern room with lovely furniture and great lighting. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with the best pillows. The food with local ingredients and local dishes was amazing. Plenty of choice. Staff are super friendly and happy. Prices are very fair - we wished we'd booked to stay longer.
