The property was exceptional in terms of it location, atmposphere, and sense of spaciousness. The staff were exceptional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

A heavenly stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. The pool villa we stayed in was fantastic, comfortable, spacious, private, and peaceful. The grounds are very beautiful, we really enjoyed walking around and exploring. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and they were very helpful in accommodating my special dietary needs. The spa facilities are great. We didn't want to leave.

I have had the pleasure to stay in this facility for 3 days. I booked it because it was close to my place of interest, because it had good reviews and because the pictures looked pretty. Little did I know how much I underestimated this resort! The combination of tranquility, breathtaking views from your "room", the omnipresent luxury, selection of superb activities, the cuisine, the actual living forest all around you and overall hospitality and service simply cannot be described by words. One must experience it first-hand to fully appreciate this gem of a property. This property is situated literally inside a functioning coffee plantation, where you can explore the coffee making process from blossom to brewing (and roast / grind coffee beans yourself!). That is only one of the few exceptional activities offered, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The plantation is huge, and so is the resort itself. So of course they drive you with a buggy, whenever you are not in a mood for a little walk. Your "room" is actually a cottage, suspended above tree foliage, with a sense of complete privacy, even though a next cottage is nearby. The view has depth which can only be experienced by the seashore, or at high altitude. The connection to nature is taken very seriously here, and can also be felt intensely everywhere - whether you are relaxing on the terrace of your cottage, or walking to the pool and spa, or just having dinner. Talking about dining. The selection and variety of meals is astonishing, and so is the flavor. The whole dining experience is wonderful - the taste, the drinks & cocktails, the fact that you are actually dining above the waterfall, prompt and kind service offered by every staff member (waiters and managers alike). I would especially like to spotlight Mr.Bishu, who was serving us for the duration of our stay. He was always professional, very kind, attentive to all our needs, and so polite. The staff is courteous, helpful and professional. Resort is amazing. We (me and my wife) had a wonderful time. There are lots of activities within the resort. Food (breakfast & dinner buffet included in our package) was excellent. They even treated us to a special lake side candlelight dinner. Overall the experience was very nice. Would strongly recommend to stay in this (Evolve Back Coorg) resort.

The place is absolutely mind-blowing! calm, quiet, and filled with positive energy. Hosts Sheethal and Sachin make it feel just like home. The food was so homely and wholesome, better than most home-cooked meals. Everything was clean, comforting, and truly enjoyable. If you’re looking for peaceful time in the midst of a serene, forest-like plantation, this stay is definitely worth it.
