The hotel facilities were great, they had a lot of activities for adults and children, including an afternoon "fair" with food, beverages, games for children, presentations (dancing, music, magicians, puppet shows) that would take place everyday (for free). Plus plenty of other (paid) activities for our kids. We loved the spa and the heated pool, and the breakfast was delicious. But the best thing about the hotel was how its personnel went above and beyond to make our stay special and keep us confortable. We were lucky to spend the New Year's eve there, what a feast and a great party! (Although there was such an insane amount of food that I was wondering what they did with the leftovers - I hope it was donated). I would definitely stay in this hotel again!
