We booked a private tour to Angkor wat at the reception and were very pleased with the experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and together with the driver made the tour very pleasant.

They make food based on your preference and in our case, the chief was surprising us with a different breakfast every day.

The service was also superb, and Phea Phan at the front desk, was notable in going out of his way to ensure that all our needs were met.

The property is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, the houses comfortable, pretty and give privacy. The housekeeping service was excellent. We forgot our cash for the next two weeks in Thailand when we checked out. The staff run after our tuk-tuk to return it to us. We have also forgotten our iPhone in a car and it has been also returned to us. I love Cambodians!

The J7 is a phenomenal hotel in Siem Reap! It is very close to everything to include the temples, Pub Street, restaurants, bars, etc. It is well appointed, classy, spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely quiet. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating! We love it here and will definitely return.
