Staff: Very understanding, helpful with directions and the room service was impeccable. Facilities: The spa service was well priced and thorough. The breakfasts ample and delicious and the restaurant's food was top notch. I give them the highest recommendation.

Located in the heart of the luxurious district of Hivernage in an 8-hectare park, 5 minutes’ walk from the heart of old Marrakesh, Es Saadi Marrakech Resort - Palace offers a 3000 m² spa, a 2400 m²... Wonderful place to stay - chose it as it was close to Medina while offering an oasis of calm in a lush environment. And it didn’t disappoint! We chose a Ksar to experience the closest authentic vibes and it was amazing. The few photos on Booking don’t come close to reality: large spaces, well maintained, spotless, fresh flowers, spacious terraces, comfy beds, everything was close to perfection. The free mini bar was great, and always promptly refilled. The staff was amazing, kind & prompt with everything we could ask for. The breakfast was diverse & the msemen is ablosutely wow, best we had in Marrakech. The pool & spa are also top noch. And the sound of he birds is the perfect relaxing background!

On arrival at the hotel we were met by our host who welcomed us to our beautiful room with crisp white linnens and modern decor. The room was well kitted out and bonus of a great hairdryer. Breakfast was simple local foods of fruit, yoghurt and a selection of breads, honey, cheese and preserves. A good supply of coffee and fresh juice also. Our host was so genuinely lovely, super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a good stay. The riad is in the middle of a small market area so lots of hustle and bustle on the short walk to the main areas of Kasbah and the Medina / Souk.
