We loved everything - the rooms were amazing, staff so helpful and welcoming and the beach was paradise..we didn't see a turtle unfortunately but saw lots of other cool sea life. This was our first time in an all inclusive resort and we were a bit unsure how the food would be but we weren't disappointed at all...the French and Japanese restaurants were our favourites! We also did the jungle tour and really enjoyed learning about the nature of the resort and the evening entertainment was of great quality...we will be returning.

The rooms are large, very comfortable and very clean. The service of every single employee is outstanding. The installations are in perfect conditions. All the restaurants are delicious with great quality of food, diverse menus and fresh food. The entertainment is nice but not to loud. The beach is spectacular, there was no sargasam on our stay. We love visiting this hotel. Our private concierge Heriberto was of great help. Coco's café matcha latte delicious. The new World café was inagurated and it is so nice and comfortable.
