The apartment is compact but very neat and clean. Bed was super comfortable and pillows nice and new and bouncy. Pool was an unexpected gem..was great to go in after a hot day on the island! If you are looking for a nice central place to stay for a really reasonable price then please don't hesitate. There really is nothing negative to say about Alva Boutique.

TUI BLUE The Haven Ipoh , Ipoh offers air-conditioned suites in Ipoh. It features a 5-level swimming pool and guests can enjoy meals at the in-house restaurant or have a drink at the bar. Among all the places I visited around the world and in Malaysia, this hotel was by far the best in terms of location, views, and blendng in nature with the surrounding limestone mountains and lake with infinity swimming pool. what i saw in the photo of the hotel. thought it would be nice, but n person it was way better. highly recommended hotel.

Best bed in terms of comfort, pillows and linen that I have slept in so far in my 5 week trip around South East Asia. Everything felt like it was new, including the curtains. Breakfast was lovely. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach if we turned right or 1 minute to all the hawker stalls and little shops if we turned left.

An amazing place in the jungle but not lost there as it may sound from some reviews. Some reviews were complaining about the road there we had no problem. The road is in a good shape and a car needs to stop at some points when another car is in the opposite direction but if one drives slowly I don't see any problem. We enjoyed tranquility of the place, amazing swimming pool and hot springs. Super relaxing. What a pity we didn't have time to stay there longer but one night!

This is a hidden gem of a resort in Ipoh, nestled amongst the rainforest valley and a private golf course 😍 The privacy here is excellent, with very good cellular reception and WiFi, enabling business travellers to work overlooking a beautiful scenery 👍🏽 They also had a delegated parking for guests which is quite rare. The staff are friendly and there are basic amenities 10 minutes away (petrol station, convenient stores, street food, etc.) just outside the golf course.
