The Breakfast: The selection was not only diverse and abundant, but the presentation and arrangement of the food were incredibly chic and stylish, which truly elevated our mood every morning. Room Comfort: The comfort was unparalleled. The bed and pillows were so exceptional that I wished I could have the exact same set for my home. Facilities: The amenities, shower room, and the pool were all perfect! The male members of our family who enjoy fitness were thrilled with the well-equipped gym. Service: The service provided by all staff members was consistently outstanding. We were particularly touched when the woman at the tour desk waved and smiled goodbye as we left. While I may not be staying near Patong Beach again, I am determined to seek out and book hotels of the same brand in other locations. This was truly magnificent.

The food at the pool bars is actually really good and the cocktails and smoothies during happy hour are a must!

From check-in with lovely Joy at the Reception to check-out with lovely Cha. Our room was extremely comfortable. We appreciated the abundance of fresh water provision, the coffee machine, the large tv, the comfortable bed, the ample cupboard space and the balcony. The bathroom was well-laid out and the shower was good. Every amenity was provided. Our room attendants Anne and Rung were extremely friendly and the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard. The “towel animals” on our bed each night was a lovely extra touch. We loved the golf cart transport to and from the main gate as well as to the breakfast restaurant. The swimming pool was fabulous, very clean and well maintained with a beautiful outlook. Loved everything!
