The room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered stunning views of nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. I especially enjoyed the spa and the delicious meals at the restaurant. The highlight was the peaceful ambiance, making it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, it was a rejuvenating experience, and I would highly recommend Amaya Retreat for a quick, relaxing getaway.

The staff were the only positive during the stay, they really went out of their way to accommodate us. We expected good facilities and nature to explore but disappointingly there was none of this and the staff kindly drove us to a nearby attraction.

My host is a wonderful and caring person. He is very spontaneous in responding to complaints, and offer immediate solution to any unexpected occurrences. Infact I have value for money and will recommend him to whoever visiting Hanoi. The wife, the son and Mr La Cao Cuong are very loving and professional. Despite the fact that, I and my family arrived a day before our booking date, Mr La Cao Cuong ensured he found hotel accommodation for me and my family that night, he also helped me to pack all my luggages to the hotel with his Motorcycle. On the day I was checking out, he was not around, he still made an arrangement with his wife and his son to help me pack my luggages with motorcycle without any charges!
