There was a problem with air conditioning in the room we booked so we got another one, which was much bigger and had a terrace. It’s a resort located in a calm rural area outside of Hoi An center and has enough facilities if you just want to hang out (pool, bar, spa, activities). If you want to go to the center or beach, they provide a complimentary shuttle bus and bikes. Extremely kind and attentive staff, especially ladies in the reception and the manager. They really tried to anticipate our every need, shared advice and added a personal touch to the interactions. Really good breakfast and a very nice massage in the spa.

All of the staff were amazing! Great value for money and an awesome location. Especially Kiet, He is a great asset to the staff!! Hoi and Hung were amazing too!! 😊

Bel Marina Hoi An Resort is within a convenient 7-minute walk from Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Facilities are great, well organised and properly cleaned. Our villa comes with a private pool which is a huge plus since the public one is always packed. Also, must say I really love the food!

The service starting from the reception desk, to the restaurant staff etc. is marvelous. We extremely enjoyed our room with a river view. The breakfast buffet offers a good choice of both Western and Vietnamese food with an emphasis on local specialties. The same is true for the dinner menu. The kitchen is very flexible and happy to prepare dishes according to the guests' wishes (for example, fish grilled instead of steamed). The resort has two swimming pools and a private beach. The beach is almost empty in the morning. Restaurants on the beach near the resort offer a huge variety of seafood. The resort has a shuttle bus to downtown Hội An.

Palm Garden Resort leží u pláže Cua Dai, v krásně upravené zahradě o rozloze 5 hektarů. Může se pochlubit lázněmi a 45metrovým venkovním bazénem. I loved everything! The resort is amazing. Very peaceful, a perfect place where you can have the best relax! The staff was extremely kind and the service excellent! The beach is beautiful as well as the bar on the beach where sipping great cocktails. Also the food was delicious!! I also went to their SPA and I had a relaxing head massage. It was super!! I will go back for sure!!
