Fantastic apartment and facilities. Very clean and amazing views.

When we left the ride to the airport that was organised by staff and cost 100 AED more than our trip from the airport to the accomodation. An extra staff member then said he was getting a ride with us and sat in the front with the driver. We still payed full price whilst giving the person who organised the transport a lift for free at our expensive.

Needed a bit more room

The apartment was very spacious and lovely. Perfect location, excellent customer service, and the pool area was also great. Highly recommend!

The air conditioning noise in the kitchen was too loud

I chose this property because it had a private beach and the beach closed for construction on the second day of our stay, that was a big disappointment. If they warned us about the planned closing of the beach before the arrival, we most probably would have stayed somewhere else. The email with warning that the beach is closing came 2 days after it actually closed. So yeah, on this part, we felt kind of fooled as customers

Sonder has amazing apartments considering the price. The staff is nice and helpful. Best facilities about this location are the amazing pools and the sea. They are shared with the Rixos hotel. The beach club that is included in the price of the apartment is amazing! Good pool bar. Very clean!!

Our apartment was at the M floor, so right over the reception. It was some kind of club underneath us and until 3am the music could be heard. Would recommend getting an apartment at a higher floor.

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Sonder JBR. Right in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence, you’re steps away from the beach, The Walk, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Whether you're looking for a relaxing day by the water or a night out, everything is within reach. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living area was cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Waking up to a view of the sea and skyline was a real highlight. What really sets Sonder apart is their attention to detail. Everything from the interior decor to the thoughtful amenities (fast Wi-Fi, high-quality toiletries, great coffee, etc.) made it feel like a home away from home. Plus, their digital concierge system is super convenient — no waiting at a front desk, just instant help when you need it. Perfect for families, couples, or even business travelers. We can’t wait to come back!

Check in and check out timing

We had a wonderful stay at the Sonder apartments in Dubai Marina. The apartment was luxurious and very large even for our party of 7! Position is perfect to visit the Marina and it's just steps away from The Walk. There are a lot of options around it for eating but truth be told we did not need to look much for them, since there are a few restaurants directly inside the building (including the very nice "Luigia" which does also delivery at the apartment, if you want to dine in). It was our first time in Dubai and we wanted to go sightseeing in the small time we had available, thus we did not use the Azure Beach access that comes complimentary with the apartment, but that's a big plus for this property. All in all, we would certainly be back when we'd come again in Dubai

Not enough plug sockets in bedrooms, now people are charging multiple devices.

Great location at heart of JBR, with the beach a few mins walk and all famous restaurants. Apartment was modern and clean with AC in every room it was perfect for the August heat. Beds were super comfy and kitchen was great too with all amenities provided. Service is great they’re up in minutes for any issues. I’d definitely book again. Access to pool and gym and they allowed us to use the gym showers to freshen up even after checking out and coming back in the evening to collect our luggage that they kindly stored for us. They allowed us to do an early check in- amazing customer service by the lady on the 18/8/25 morning shift at 10am.

We paid extra for the sea and dubai eye view but were given the corner of the hotel and couldn’t exactly see what we paid for.

The apartment was nice and Spacious and incredible views of the beach. The staff were polite and such an easy check in process. No request was too much for the hotel team and made us feel welcomed and at ease. The service and the politeness of the staff is exceptional and the location was incredible. I would 100% stay again without a shadow of a doubt
