The bed was really soft and bouncy so we tended to wake each other up in the night with even the smallest movement. Our room was right by the laundry facilities and plant room which I think would explain the noises we'd hear throughout our stay. Something like a Nespresso coffee machine would have made all the difference for my husband!

The view was amazing, great to have the beach right on the doorstep. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom away from the living area. The food at the restaurant upstairs was incredible.

Sofa bed was not comfortable. All the lighting was very dim and not bright enough.

Great accommodation close to everything you need. Having a bistro and restaurant downstairs makes it so convenient. Parking on site was great.

Views of the golf course & ocean were fantastic. Rooms were large, modern and clean. Couldn't fault anything in this place, even the food in restaurant is top quality. We are definitely coming back.

Most of the areas were clean except for my couch which had crumps left from the previous guest which I noticed as soon as we entered, it was quite a turn off. Also the room had a strong scent which was not pleasant but it did fade out a lot after we left our window open to let the fresh air in.

The ocean view from my room was amazing. Very relaxing. Room was spacious and had everything we need and more. Balcony was also spacious and once again the view was spectacular. Food from the restaurant was nice but the breakfast buffet did not offer many choices.

The furniture was a little worn and could do with replacing.

The club is close to the city. There is easy parking. Meals are available at a reasonable rate. The view from the room was excellent.

Fire alarm went off at 3am, elevator was broken, balcony door lock broken, no aircon in the bedroom

lift wasn't working at the time but staff carried our luggage up, just wasnt great as we were getting ready for a wedding a make up artist etc had a fair amount of equipment to carry up then back down numerouse flights of stairs at 5am.

everything was great and would stay here again.

Unfortunately the lift was not working when I stayed and I had a swollen knee injury. That evening I couldn’t access the restaurant because the doors to the first floor was locked I proceeded to the ground floor and could not gain access. I rang the bell but no one answered do I had to walk up to the second floor returning to my room.

When booking it does show they provide parking but we were not informed that they sell their parking spaces when an event is on at the stadium down the road. So there was no space for us. We were told come back later to park our car. I’m assuming when the event was over and this was in the evening. The streets were filled with cars so no parking on the street. It just sucked that the receptionist had an oh well not their problem attitude (in a nice voice) That first interaction set the tone of our experience that impacted our plans. A solution could be to reserve some parking spaces for staying guests. Maybe a couple of orange cones and a reserved for guest signs.

It’s a nice and clean place to stay. Staff including bar staff are nice. My first experience staying with best western. It is apart of the golf club so there were golfers out in the morning which I didn’t mind. Nice waking up to the ocean view. We were informed of an elevator issue which was fixed when we had arrived.

If you have a golfer in the family this is a great location. Nice relaxed eating options very accessible course and super comfy beds.

Nice location on the southern edge of the city with good views to the ocean and south.

Undercover parking was the only thing we would have usually asked for but we were very happy with secure outdoor parking

Loved the location, loved the view. Room was large with everything we needed and very clean. We used the golf course and club facilities and enjoyed the beach everyday as well.

Lifts not working was the major disappointment. Whilst we were made aware of this prior to arrival it was too late to look for other suitable accommodation. On-line led us to believe that breakfast was available on site but this proved to be incorrect. Perhaps a few parking spaces could be reserved for those staying overnight or longer as depending on when you arrive it can be quite a walk from your vehicle to Reception.

Location, friendly staff, staff assisted with carrying luggage to & from room. Location was fine for what we required. Discount was given for problems listed below. Other than "What we didn't like" below we were satisfied with the accommodation.
