The location was fantastic. 5 minute walk to the bus stop into Gent. Didn't need to use the car for 3 days. All the fixtures and fittings were of a very high quality. Best bed for comfort and size ever. We had a slight mis communication at the start of our stay but Sandra was with us in a couple of minutes, all sorted easily. Nice private garden space for sitting out.

On warm humid days it's difficult to ventilate the appartement for fresh cool air. (There is no airco)

Lots of spiderwebs (multiple weeks worth) all over show things need to be moved and cleaned/dusted in more detail. Very close to nature but still needs attentive cleaning.

Superb! Immaculate and well equipped. Private car parking next to the accommodation. Close to the city on a great bus network also Uber to hand when needed. Hosts provided excellent information on the area and recommendations.

The kettle was only large enough for 1 mug of tea (being very picky to mention this but it was the only thing we didn't like).

Very comfortable and well equipped with good bus link to the centre of Ghent. Sandra was very friendly and helpful. On site parking was also a huge benefit. Mini bar was well stocked and a fair price. The cooling fan was excellent quality and very quiet. The overall design, layout and facilities were very well thought through making it a welcome, comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Just one improvement that I can propose is to change the towels at least once every 2 days, because there is a quite high humidity and towels are wet all the time

There is not much to say here! I had a great stay.

The location was great, private parking was always available and the bus stop was super close and takes you straight to the city center. Whenever I had any questions about my stay, the staff was responsive, super nice and understanding. The place is also very clean, and the garden is beautifully lit in the evening.

Toilet seat - toilet facilities not separated in a different room, a bit uncomfortable for a couple or for two friends.

There’s really very little to criticise here. It would be nice to have some bigger mugs for tea drinking & a pair of scissors and a lighter for the outdoor candle would be very useful but otherwise it really is pretty perfect.

We loved the peaceful location right next to a beautiful nature reserve; there’s a lovely private terrace area to enjoy the wonderful breakfast and the studio itself is very comfortable. The studio has on site parking and is located within very easy reach of the centre of Gent by bus. Altogether a great experience and Sandra is very helpful and efficient.

Not much not to like. It is close to town (12m away by bus) but the area is a bit run down.

Sound proofing of the room could be better (however it's not a big issue. I guess that there are just 3 rooms altogether and our neighbors were quiet most of the time. You are just aware of their presence.)

Great option if you want to stay more secluded from the city center, bus stop is very near or you can rent a bike and you're back in the city even faster (approximately 15 minutes). The room was spacious and clean, tasteful decorations, the furniture is modern and comfy, well equiped kitchenette, lots of brochures and written information about the city and surrounding. Everything was top notch. Would love to come back.
