We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I like staff here, they reached out to us one day before we arrived there and share about free transportation in montreux and followed up while we had problem. Hotel location was incredible right in front of the lake near by resterants and supermarkets , 5 minute walk from Montreux Train Station. The Room was clean and the bed was soft, I enjoyed sleeping there.
