We enjoyed the upgrade to a nice apartment in the 4th floor with afternoon sun and a small balcony. The place was ideally located for our family visit.

TV was a bit small, no English channels, no 'normal tea' or sweeteners in the room just coffee, fruit tea and normal sugar. These are small details though, overall it was very good.

Nice clean room, nice shower, easy to park outside hotel, nice restaurant on site, tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Not so many food options around. It is quite hard to meet a personnel in the receptionist as they are not always there.

Very close the S-Bahn and KIT Campus Nord. Clean and cozy rooms.

The location is perfect for focused KIT business, but other than that, it is very remote. There is little around, and the food options are scarce if it is Monday (the hotel restaurant is closed). Given the remote location, it is also pricy (not expensive, but still more than you might expect), and the rooms are not very soundproof (nothing that bothered me, but it should be mentioned).

The big plus of the hotel is its staff. They are extremely friendly and that always gives you a good feeling. The room was spotless and sufficiently equipped. They have a little restaurant on the first floor (closed on Mondays); nothing special but more of what you can find in more expensive hotels. It is a perfect location if you have KIT business (20 min to walk or 8 min by bus; don't take the tram; the last tram station is within the KIT campus and therefore non-public).

Perfect location to stay if you have any business with KIT campus Nord, otherwise too remote. Staff super friendly, its otherwise a basic place with all the necessities, but nothing extraordinary, just an allright place to stay if you travel for work.

Breakfast. Not worth 27 euro for 2 of us for 1 breakfast. Very limited choice and not quality. If your staying in apt like we did. Far cheaper to go to Edeka where you can get plenty of choice for far cheaper and make it yourself.

It was too hot and did not have air conditioner. My room was turned west, when I arrived at the end of the day the shades were open and the room was extremely hot. I was able to make it comfortable by opening the windows, it was not noisy outside.

The room was good, the hotel was quiet, there was a mini fridge and a boiler in the room for tea and coffee.

It hasn’t air conditioner. It’s not possible in the summer to not have air conditioner. It’s a big minus for this.

Not an exciting location. Only 1 restaurant open in the town on a Sunday. Breakfast was OK but not exciting.

The TV had some problems, in which it wouldn'd start everytime. Just outside the hotel is a streetlight for a sub station, which is beeping, making noises all the time. It was somewhat annoying, since you could hear it with the windows closed. There was nobody at the front desk in the morning, some other guests had trouble making the payment or getting the bill. I recomend paying at arrival.

Breakfast was good, the restaurant had very good food and friendly weighters. The roon was very clean and cosy.

To be honest, upon arrival the hotel was a bit disappointing as it looks a bit run down. But, it is actually very nice! The inside is totally fine, the rooms are very clean, tidy and pretty spacious and the bathroom is also very good.

Close to road and train line so noisy. Smell of smoking throughout. Room was hot so needed to leave windows open but hard to sleep at night with road noise.
