The flat is a bit tired, but perfectly adequate and good for the price. The taxi driver didn’t know where this place was. I would recommend making note of what the front of the building looks like in advance, as per the attached photo.

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 young children, so this was ideal. The sofa bed opened up and was easily big enough for 2 small children. The washing machine and kitchen facilities were ideal for our needs. Location very good, close to the metro and a supermarket. Seemed a good area.

It’s a 2K walk to Gran Via but I was also glad to be out of the main hustle of tourists.

Nice place - plenty of room and has all you need. A couple of restaurants and supermarket close by. Clean and has laundry facilities too.

Excellent apartment in the perfect location, quiet residential neighborhood. One minute to the subway stop and lots of places within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

My only downside was the small amount of body soap provided; it felt quite limited and could be improved for a better guest experience. Overall, a very positive stay that I would recommend.

I had a great stay in Madrid. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean, which made for a restful night. The neighborhood was excellent, safe, and conveniently located restaurants and shops nearby.

The check-in was smooth and clear. The apartment is very clean. The location is not very centrical, however it takes about 30 min walking to Gran Via and nearby attractions (our purpose of stay was work related so location was just perfect to our needs).

The aircon is located above the top end of the bed, which I found unpleasant. The luggage cannot be deposited anywhere. This was very inconvenient, because we arrived early morning and departed late afternoon. I recommend verifying the check in and check out times.

The location is excellent. We just slept there, so we did not use any of the facilities like the kitchen, washing machine, etc. It looked alright.

Maybe the ability to purchase several washing machine laundry detergent pods as with short stays, its impossible to purchase just one or two pods. Otherwise, no complaints. The walls are a bit thin, so could hear people in next apartment.

Overall it is good place but it is relatively small but OK for two people.

Location is good. It is close to metro station/s. It is close to two grocery stores - Carefour ? A French outlet. Access OK with instructions. It Has o small balcony BUT the sliding door to it once closed from outside cannot be open from outside. So be careful as you can be locked out at the balcony on third floor without escape if there is no one inside the apartment.The kitchen is small but well equipped. Clothes washer has no English instructions . The management offered to set it up for 12 Euros.water pressure good in the shower but the hand shower leaks water from its hand at higher pressures.
