Food 3☆ i hv visited many 4☆ hotels in Spain that have food quality way above this. Sorry.

The Hotel is immaculate, the staff were very obliging, food is 3☆ not 4☆. The hotel is located up a narrow side street 150mtr from the beach it sits among some dilapated accomidation either side which is the view you hv from your balcony. "BQ Aquamarina hotel" is on the beach front thats where i would stay next time.

In the bathroom between the sink and toilet seat they are next to each other so close that there is literally no space and it is hard to sit. you are basically stuck between the wall and a sink.

Everything went well, just stayed for 1 night, room was clean and bed was comfy. Location is perfect 2 min walk to the beach and if you are planning to go to Palma center it is very convenient. (other than bathroom) everything was perfect.

The tea selection on breakfast buffe- and by that you all understand I really had a nice stay because that is all I can find to complain about😁But, really, you need to switch tea brand. It is terrible

I was not impressed by the breakfast. Poor quality in terms of some ingredients (beans, sausages, potatoes, pastries, coffee machine). The food also was not warm although kept under the hot plates. The biggest concern I had whilst staying there was NOISE. The walls and main door to the bedroom was not sound proof at all. I could hear everything going on in the next room and everyone talking in the corridor, disturbing to say the least when at 4am, people come back to sleep from the clubs! My original room was 129 (first floor, mid corridor). I got no sleep for hours due to passers by in the corridor and the thumping of disco music (I presume from the hotels disco downstairs). I was allowed to move to the 4th floor (414 is also located right at the end of a corridor so not many passers by) and fortunately from the 2nd night onwards I got an excellent nights sleep! Cleanliness not 100% in the room but I paid 50!Euro per night including breakfast so I am not complaining! The noise was an issue so if you are a light sleeper, bring EARPLUGS!

I loved the location (towns, bus stops, restaurants, beach), the top roof terrace, views from my room (414).

The areas around the pool were limited but a minor quibble. The AC was not quite working well enough for me.

The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. The hotel had a lovely cosy feel. The cocktails by the pool were amazing!! Location was great - very central, easy to walk around the town and a short taxi ride from Palma.

There was no kettle or tea & coffee facilities in the room and the bedside tables were not tables, they were stools, so you couldn't put a glass of water on them. The rooftop bar was overcrowded and people were saving sunbeds for hours and not using them which was annoying as the pool on the ground floor only got the late sun.

We stayed for one night only as we had a very early flight back to the UK and this hotel is near the airport. The hotel is basic but comfortable. Very clean and the food in the bar was a nice but simple menu. Service was great, everything was served in great time and drinks were available around the pool all day. They also booked us a taxi for 3.45am which turned up on time and only cost 10 euros to the airport. I wouldn't choose to holiday in this area of the island but it was good for access to the airport.

Do not come to this area with a car. To find parking is an absolute nightmare and you will end up driving around the area for hours!

Nice hotel, close enough to the beach. Pools are a lot smaller than you think. Bed is comfy and the place is clean. Very close to the airport.

The only thing that lets the property down are the properties opposite, making the view from most the rooms including ours very unpleasant to look at from all the balconies. Downstairs Pool was in the shade most the day ( till 4pm) . Top pool and the area was too small and only about 20 seats available . So gets filled up quick .

Close to the airport , walking distance to the beach , plenty of restaurants nearby . Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast . The reception area is modern and has a lovely holiday vibe .

The breakfast: the food is very cold (even things can be warm) and less fresh.

We enjoy the terrace a lot, beautiful views and wonderful sunshine. The staff members are also very nice. Room is not big but comfortable enough to have everything. Location is perfect, near airport and beach. Overall, nice stay.

Good location, nice and clean rooms, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner is good and there is a plenty of options to choose from. There is also free hotel services, like providing umbrella (on a rainy day) or towels for the beach.
