United KingdomThere was a bottle of wine in the fridge. It would have been more comfortable if there was a bottle of milk and tea bags so that we could jave tea on arrival and feed the baby as well. We ran to the supermarket immediately for milk and other groceries. We were given a number code but that didn't work. Fortunately there was a staff member roaming around who let us in and provided key cards. Our message after arrival in the apartment was answered after two days although all previous messages were answered very promptly.
The pool facilities and accomodation was good. Everything that we needed was there. The staff was always ready to help.
