They do need more light in the room. A light on the desk would be helpful. That's all.

Very nice cozy room that's not location

You need to be fit to stay here as the bedroom is on the 5th floor, up some winding wooden stairs. Also, not too tall, as it has a low beam in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, which we both managed to bump our heads on when using the toilet at night!

The hotel is situated in a quiet location off the main street, but within easy reach, by foot, of the metro, Batobus, shops and restaurants, and many of the main attractions. We even had a view of the towers of Notre Dame. The room was large and spacious and cleaned daily.

The only thing wrong which pulled their score down for us was that there was black mould on the bathroom ceiling. We asked them to do something about it and they brushed it off. It's known to be very bad for your lungs and we were very disappointed that they were not at all concerned.

Lovely staff. Cute old building. We had a problem with our shower head which they fixed while we were out. It was our honeymoon and they give us a bottle of champagne. A few minutes walk from Notre Dame cathedral and the metro. Would have loved to be able to give them 10 out of 10.

The lack of lighting in the room really made it difficult to go through luggage and organize our outfits. I used my phone flashlight nonstop to find things. The room was a bit toasty but opening the windows helped. It was noisy outside but we were so tired it didn’t matter.

The room was very cute and surprisingly spacious. The bathroom was a good size—I appreciated having two sinks. The location is very nice!!

The stairwell is narrow and winding. If you have trouble with stairs, or a suitcase you cannot lift, it can be difficult getting it to your room.

They gave me clear instructions to enter after the hotel was closed for the night. The breakfast (extra 12 euros) was generous (reservation required)

Very convenient to the center of Paris. Funky, clean old hotel with ages of history and layers of renovations. Staff were super friendly. Accommodations were good for the location and price. Expect an old building with narrow staircase and potentially LOTS of steps to your room. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, bathroom.somewhat recently updated, and room nice and quiet.

The room is tiny and so was the shower.

It's a very small room, but it's also a budget room. It is right by the Notre Dame cathedral and river which was nice, pretty centrally located.

Stairs were a little more effort than first thought, especially carrying luggage.

Such a quiet and cozy little place close to everything you need. The windows let a gorgeous breeze in in the mornings and evenings, and the fan was great for night time.

Top floor only accessible by stairs, no lift but to be expected in Europe. No air conditioning or fans in the summer months

Amazing property in the perfect location. Pleasantly surprised by how big and nice the rooms were. Staff where lovely also. Highly recommend to anyone traveling who are trying to cut costs

The rooms are on the second floor or above, so if you are unwilling to climb stairs, this hotel is not for you.

The location couldn't have been better-only a few minutes walk from Notre Dame cathedral in one direction and the Cluny in another. Cafes and restaurants were also just a very short walk away. The room was large and bright, and the bed was comfortable.

No lift. Hard to get suitcases up and down 4 flights of narrow stairs.We r elderly and walking up 68 steps at the end of the day was tough.

It is near a bar which is very noisy late at night. This was particularly a problem on hot nights when we needed to have the window open.

It was within easy walking distance from many things we wanted to do in Paris.
