We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything, staff friendly, room warm and extremely clean. Didn't book for breakfast, however was still asked if we would like breakfast upon arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was very quiet for the majority of the night. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly and informative owner. Great English breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean room, equipped with kettle, tea, coffee & milk plus a useful mini-fridge. Well situated for evening walks the the harbour pubs & restaurants. Carpark pass an added very useful extra, at no charge.

Everything from the warm welcome, to the breakfast was great! The location is brilliant, the rooms are clean, light and have everything you need. We had a slight issue with our room (no fault of the hotel) which was resolved in minutes by the lovely Raj, who went above and beyond to make our stay great!!

United KingdomLocation is a short walk from the harbourside. It's on a slight hill but where isn't in Torquay? Parking on street outside the oroperty is relatively inexpensive and a permit to use a local car park is available free of charge. Breakfast is plentiful and well cooked. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. We were not troubled by any noise.

Raj was lovely, very friendly and asked about my evening out and how I’d enjoyed Torquay. Parking was behind the hotel and I was lucky enough to get a space and check in a little earlier than 3 which was most appreciated, will definitely be staying again:
