This accommodation is wonderful! The area is very quiet, very close to the bus station and shops. The room is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The best part: the staff!!! They are very friendly and altruistic people.

We rented the triple-bed apartment. The apartment is spacious, cozy and sparkling clean. Communication with the host is smooth, he's very reactive (one evening we had a hot water issue and he managed to solve the problem within an hour). The neighbourhood feels safe and there's couple of stores nearby which makes the stay easier. We would definitely come back to this place if we return to Tbilisi in the future.

The host Mr. Kote was a very helpful and welcoming..He helped me with many things...He spoke good English, so communication was easy and clear. The room was very clean and had every thing I needed for a short stay. There is many near good shops and supermarkets a walking distant.Will come back whenever in Tblisi again. Apartment was super clean and as described the host Wa super kind and even picked us up from the Azerbaijan - Georgia border (for an additional cost). The apartment is close by to restaurants, the metro (5-10 min walk) theres also a large fresco very close by. Definitely a recommend stay if you’re in Tbilisi.

The apartment is very well located, impeccably clean an equipped with all necessary for a short stay. The bed is comfortable, water pressure and heating are excellent. All lighting works which is quite rare in hotels and tourist apartments. The host is welcoming, responsive and helpful.

The owners are the loveliest people ever, all Georgians are! We extended our stay at they gave us a discount. The house is beautifully decorated and clean, with a lovely porch. Amazing touch adding coffee/ tea/ salt and chilli pepper for cooking! Near to Fabrika, lots of fresh produce, supermarkets, food. Will stay here again, best home in Tbilisi!

It's close to a busy road and rather noisy inside (but I do come from the countryside).

The apartment owner was very nice and gave a great airport transfer. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything that is needed without any issues. The extractor fan for cooking is really good with a bright light over your food.
