This is already the third time me and family staying in this apart-hotel, and we'll definitely stay here the next time we're in Tbilisi. The apartments are very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom is equipped with all the necessary stuff (kitchen towels, all for cleaning, etc.) and this is the first time I actually see this in the hotel and I don't need to go and buy something myself and then guess what do I do with the whole bottle of detergent if I only needed to wash my clothes once. Everything was already taken care of for you! The location is very central, though also quiet. The room is super clean and being regularly refreshed, including the towels and the bed linen. The host is amazing and very welcoming! My separate love is the terrace, we had breakfast there every day, it's very nice. I highly recommend this place!

there is a walk up 2 or 3 flights of stairs, fine if you are healthy and not carrying heavy luggage. also the street apartment is on a small hill so be prepared.

location of apartment is amazing right near the Opera House on the main road. actually easy to find the apartment despite. great rooftop terrace to relax on, all the facilities needed. very helpful staff. close to everything you need for transportation, food and groceries.

My taxi driver couldn’t find the apart-hotel and deposited me outside no. 6 in the main street. Luckily the host had provided a picture of the outside of the building so I found it easily myself.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and pleasant. It was cleaned twice/week, fresh linens, even fresh kitchen sponge and towel. You have everything you need, including games in the hallways. The woman who manages the hotel is extremeky nice and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. We stayed 27 days and felt like it was a second home.

Absolutely amazing self contained apt room, it has everything you need, honestly one of the best places I have stayed, if in Tbilisi again I will be definitely staying here , if it’s available… the location is the best central to everything, reception lady really helpful and goes through everything with you and if you need anything else which I doubt you will just need to ask… very highly recommended 👍

The neighborhood is slightly neglected, but very safe. I walked alone at night and felt safe.

Everything. This apt hotel has everything you need; everything works. The kitchen is compact and convenient. The room is cleaned twice/week, including changing the linens and towels. The receptionist is always helpful and pleasant. If she is not here she will answer your message promptly. Location is good. We stayed 20 days and will stay for 7 more. We are in Tbilisi for personal reasons.

The access can be tricky on arrival. Although this was well explained to us, the property isn't directly on the main road, just 3minutes walk though. We didn't check the rooftop unfortunately

Just the parking. Road is very narrow for some vehicles to go to. But it doesn’t matter much.

The smell and the cleanliness. The property also will take care of you because of the availability of everything. From bus cards, to travel adapters, to information on getting around the city. They will take care of you.

We spent a few days at this aparthotel and chose it based on the reviews — and we weren’t disappointed. Everything about the stay was perfect: a great central location, yet tucked away in a quiet courtyard. The host was extremely friendly and always available to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and came with a balcony. The beds and linens were very comfortable — we slept wonderfully. There was a good air conditioner, and we loved the large rooftop terrace with board games and more. Overall, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent value for money. Nothing...!! Really, nothing!!

Everything was perfect! The best airbnb we ever stayed... The place as it is in the center of the city, at the Opera with everything around. The owner, who was always at our disposal to help. And of course the room itself..Clean, they change sheets and towels every two days. They change even the sponge at the kitchen!! And very comfortable. The balcony we had the chance to have, offered us romantic nights with our glass of wine every night!!!

I liked everything about this place! Great location: the location is amazing, it's close to the city centre and it's easy to get to ay place you like. At the same time it's a bit hidden, so it's very quite during the night. Amazing host: Irina contacted us upfront to meet at the desk when we arrived to check us in, she was very friendly, showed us everything, gave the map with the main Tbilisi locations. Room: we stayed in the room with balcony, it was really nice, cozy and super clean! It had everything needed for comfortable stay, not just to survive there, but really to enjoy your stay. It's clear that the hosts really care about you and respond to all your questions and asks. The hosts prepared the transport cards you could just take, board games, some other stuff you could just grab outside the room. The bed linen was also nice. I liked everything there! Terrace: the place has a terrace on the rooftop, it's really a highlight! We spent a lot of time there enjoying the weather, looking at the city. To sum up, it's just a great place with a soul! It's clear that the hosts are really care about their customers! We will definitely return there next time.

The surroundings of the hotel was not modern but looks like insecurity area. in fact it was very safe but if you are not familiar with such area then you might feel uncomfortable.

Hotel staff was very friendly and kind. The location was very convenient. Access to the nearest bus stop was only a few minutes away, small grocery shop was also 1 minutes away. Also Rustaveri metro station was walking distance. It was very clean and they clean the room every 3 days which is sufficient for long stay. They have a washing machine at the terrace where you can relax and enjoy at any time. I strongly recommend to stay this hotel.
