Nothing to complain about as I know the apartment from a previous stay. Just be aware that kitchen is small and has no oven or microwave if you intend to do your own cooking. So many restaurants/takeaway in Tbilisi that are very reasonable I don’t cook. Bathroom is small and a wet room so floor can be wet after showering. Bedroom can be a little dark, not much natural light, not a problem (probably a bonus). Slight smell of vinegar used for cleaning when I arrived, opening the windows for a bit resolved that. Mainly just things to advise people of. Stay here it’s great.

Second time I have stayed here. Great area of central Tbilisi. Host is fantastic and meets you at the apartment. She is so kind and attentive, always dropping a message to check all is ok. I know Tbilisi well but she gives great suggestions about where to visit. Quiet location (some noise from the street but not much). Very comfortable apartment with everything you need. Good WiFi with a fast and reliable connection (I do a bit of work from apartment, online meetings. Kitchen is good and has a great coffee machine. Carrefour is just a two min walk.

Mary is an excellent host — she met us during a very late check-in, explained everything clearly, and showed us around the apartment. The place itself is very cozy (even better than it looks in the photos), located in a beautiful historical building in one of the best areas of Tbilisi — a perfect spot for walking, with a large park right next to the building. We were very satisfied with both the host and the apartment. Mary also kindly allowed a late check-out, which was especially helpful since we were in Tbilisi for just one night and wanted to enjoy the city as much as possible. There are markets, bars, and restaurants nearby, and private paid parking is available about 50 meters from the building. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely choose Mary’s apartment again next time.

Very well located in Tbilissi, it’s central and easy walk to most key attractions. Mari was an exceptional host and gave us a great overview of the neighbourhood. The place is of reasonable size for a family of 4 with everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

It was a bit stuffy in the apartments as there are not many windows. The bathroom is small but it is typical for old buildings.

Mari is a very nice host: she met us and explained everything about the apartments. The location is excellent. Apartments are beautiful , exactly like in the photos.

Our host Mari was delightful and welcomed us to Tbilisi. The apartment was comfortable and a lovely change from hotel rooms. Perfectly located to transport. The markets, supermarkets and a range of interesting attractions,. It was lovely to have a place that felt like home for 4 days.

The apartment is located right in the heart of the city, near plenty of places to sit, eat, and enjoy. The design of the apartment is amazing, beyond all expectations (yes, even compared to the photos we saw on the website). The apartment is spacious, clean, filled with good vibes, and fully equipped with kitchen tools and everything needed for a stay in the city as a traveler. The communication with the owner was fantastic; she responded quickly to every request and helped us far beyond what we expected! She's a very kind and polite woman. She told us that all the artwork in the apartment was created by her husband, the artist – everything is very impressive! Tbilisi was wonderful to us, and the city is full of attractions and great people. The European-style architecture is magical, full of culture and art, and the apartment definitely fits perfectly with the picturesque city.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Our host was very hospitable. I can say that she was more like a friend than a host. The location of the house was great, and it was next to one of the largest Christmas markets. We could walk to old Tbilisi and the restaurants we wanted to go to. You can find everything you want in the huge Carrefour nearby. There is all the equipment that a home should have so that you can complete your holiday without leaving home.

The location is both central and quiet, with numerous amenities in the vicinity. The apartment is situated in an old building, but has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing perfect communication and hospitality.

Very central location. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 people buy could accommodate 3 comfortably. Very quiet location but you only have to walk through the park to be on the Rustaveli Avenue, alternatively the river is a similar distance the other way. Communication with the owner was very simple and helpful.

The location is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is located in a reconstructed district right in the center of the city and located is close to all the most famous sights. The apartment looks cozy and extremely clean. Huge thanks to Mari, who welcomed us early in the morning as far as we arrived to the city. She kindly showed us around the apartment and was always happy to help in case of need. I’m absolutely sure that I’ll be happy to stay here one more in case I’ll be in Tbilisi.

This cozy apartment was absolutely perfect for us, 3 friends traveling to Tbilisi for the first time..Mari was an absolute delight and met us at the airport for both flights that came in at different times of the day. The apartment is so cute, beautifully decorated with her husband's own art work. It's location, east walking distance to all main sites in Old Tbilisi. Highly recommended.
