There is not enough space to mention all what we liked, but in short: Fabulous panoramic view from high floor, cleaness at its epic, large bathroom, the owner left for us all what we could think about, to mention soap for the dishwasher, for the washer machine etc.. the frequent travellers will understand me in this. Large unit for what it was marked for. If it matters for you, toilet had a spray flasher, not only that, but hot and cold also. Fantastic balcony overlooking the entire city from above. Picturesque view. 24 hr supermarket at the same building ground floor. It'd be a big mistake if you miss it during your next visit to Tbilisi.

We absolutely loved everything about this apartment and our wonderful host! Marka, the host, is incredibly kind, generous, and extremely helpful. I wanted to surprise my friend with a birthday cake and asked for her help to buy one (which I intended to pay for). She not only arranged it but also gifted us the cake — it was delicious! Thank you so much, Marka! The apartment is spotless, cozy, and fully equipped — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views throughout the day — from sunrise to sunset. Highly recommended. We would love to come back!

Good evening Toko and Mrs. Maga, thank you very much for your kindness and nice treatment. The apartment in general is very cozy and wonderful and suitable for families. It has a balcony and a beautiful view of the river in the morning and evening. The cleanliness and arrangement are perfect. It has all the services that may be in some 5-star hotels, but even better than them. Next to it is a Spar supermarket and also a coffee shop. I recommend it to all Arabs, especially Saudis . The location is not the best, however you can reach to the city center only in 10-12 minutes by car.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen and all the necessary facilities. It was an absolute treat to wake up to such breathtaking views every morning. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised by how neat and tidy everything was. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a generous size and all the amenities one could ask for. Having a water faucet was a convenient touch that added to the overall comfort of the stay. The only issue is that the flat is a private property so you have to clean by yourself especially if you stay for longer times.

Safe, building can not be entered without special keys Balcony views from floor 12 was divine over the river side. Air conditioned Location is great with a supermarket next to the building. Apartment owner is caring and kind.
