Actually nothing I didn't like , everything us more than 👌 perfect

Everything was perfect , the owner was very kind and helpful and also his mother was gorgeous woman , he made the appartement comfortable for staying, everything you need you can find. We would come again and reserve same appartement every trip.

Entrance isn’t great but it is communal and didn’t spoil the experience at all.

Immaculate, traditional Georgian style apartment right in the center of town but quiet on a night. Beds comfortable, shower nice and hot, very well stocked apartment from toiletries to cooking utensils. There was even ice in the freezer and water in the fridge. Balcony was a plus and we enjoyed a candle lit drink there after a busy day sightseeing. We tried to re book for next week but sadly it was unavailable but the host helped us find another lovely apartment. Flexible check out made our final day so much more enjoyable. We did not use the kitchen much as the Georgian food is delicious and there are lots of lovely restaurants close to the apartment. Thank you for making our first visit to Georgia so special 😄

It has all everything we needed. It’s like a home away from home, they even have an umbrella I could use when it was raining. The owners were women so I felt safer. The property is located in a very convenient place, the moment you go out, you can see restaurants. It has also a cute terrace where I could enjoy some wine. It’s beside a road but still quiet at night.

this is the best place to stays when you come to tiblisi everything is nearby just walking distance and it’s in the heart of the city the best thing about the stays is kitchen you will love it and there are lot of things lot utensils which you can use to make your good food. whenever i will come to tiblisi i will stay in the same place every time.

The location is the best. You can walk to beautiful neighborhoods of the city. The apartment is quite old but has a character.

Shower power was not so good, but limitless hot water supply by gas boiler.

Luckily early check-in was possible at about 11:30. Super excellent location apartment at affordable price. Spacious and beautiful room suitable for 2-3 persons and well designed floor planning. Very well equipped kitchen, especially plenty of plates, various type of wine glasses, high quality pans, and easy operation of stove top gas cooker. Metro cards were offered, maybe previous guests used them and returned at check-out. This is smart and good system. Terrace good for wine time Supermarket at about 250m north

Perfectly clean apartment, a super nice location in the city center, caring host. There is all you need in the flat, including the metro and cableway cards. You'll find good restaurants near the house. It's easy to reach popular city locations, shops you name it. Eliso is a helpful host. She is ready to answer all your questions and worry about guests' comfort.

Just very minor issues. The whole building is slanted towards the street by about 1 degree - this bothered me a bit until I turned the desk so that it was diagonal to the street. On the other hand, the shower floor is perfectly flat when it should be slanted towards the drain - you need to manually dry the floor.

I stayed for three weeks, and this was a great apartment for doing remote work. Good desk and everything worked as expected. The kitchen is fully functional and even had a rare thing: a great frying pan. Friendly and responsive host. The few downsides are minor and don't matter - overall I can fully recommend staying here. Do note that the location is next to a busy street, which can be a positive or a negative depending on what you're looking for. The noise from the street is pretty minimal though, didn't bother me.

I like everything! The room provided all necessary things we needed. Its like how our own home was set up. Comfortable and relaxing, near to everything. You can cook your native dishes, wash your clothes, and enjoy the view from your balcony

Clean and comfortable apartment in the center, near the Liberty Square and metro station. There are all facilities you need to feel comfortable. Very friendly host who is always in touch and ready to help, thanks a lot for a warm welcome and help.

No problems.

Location is very easy to find close to Freedom Square. Plenty of cafes and small stores nearby. Alice gave me instructions on how to access the building before arrival. Communication was good. Alice speaks adequate English but Temo her son can deal with more complex questions. Washing machine easy to use, plenty of TV channels.

Two minor cons: if you're over 180cm tall the beds may be a bit short for you. Also there is quite a loud water heater in the apartment which can be bothersome at night

everything was perfect. the owners are the nicest and the sweetest and very helpful and answering us at anytime we needed. we were only 2 girls and it was our first time in tbilisi and safety was a concern for us but we felt the safest from the first minute. the apartment was ready with everything we needed. it’s close to all attractions. the location was perfect. It was very cosy. I traveled for different countries and stayed in different hotels and apartments but this one made us feel like home and I was upset leaving. this will be my place for every visit to tbilisi and I will recommend for everyone.
