The apartment's location is a definite plus as in 15/20 mins you can walk to the strict city centre. The air conditioning in both bedrooms made it possible to withstand the heat outside and it was pleasantly cool inside. The place was spotlessly clean and I appreciated it all the more as I suffer from a lot of allergies. Our host, Lili, was very helpful and flexible, there was no problem with departing a little later than the official booking time allowed. Besides, you can rely on her for a lot of information on the city and Georgia in general, and throughout our stay we communicated very well. I would recommend the place to anyone who would like a more lived-in experience somewhere quiet, the apartment offers you the possibility to stay in a real house of a Georgian person who used to live there, which is much more interesting than a random hotel room. Once again many thanks to our wonderful host, if I visit Georgia, this is where I will want to stay.

Lili is a wonderful, kind, caring and amazing host. She generously offerred us free early check in and late check out. When we had to leave Georgia earlier due to some emergency situation back at home, she spent hours arranging our transportation and made sure we get back home sound and safe. Her apartment is a home away from home. It is fully equipped with whatever you need and it is located in a good environment, minutes away from everything you need. The building is old, but has been renovated properly that's why it gives you a real sense of actual Tblisi. I strongly recommend Lili's apartment and will definitely come back again.

The apartment is located in the old Tbilisi, it is a good and comfortable location for travellers. There is a classical Georgian cortyard for parking. Liliy met us very warm, she is pleasant and hospitable owner.

Apartments was above our imagination, it`s huge and clean, picturesque, neatly decorated and there is old door saved, you now, like in Roma, about 4 meters height. And the owner Lili - she is so hospitable and kind, and racy, you truly need to know her for once to renew your trust in people.

Lili, the landlady, is simply a great person. Very polite, very modest, speaks perfectly English. She showed us around, recommended shops and a restaurant, she was even able to arrange for us some gas canysters for mountaineering. We really loved staying at the place.

My daughter was relocating to Tbilisi for study purposes. From the time I booked the apartment Lily was in contact with me. She called to assure us that she will be waiting for us and enquired if we had any special requirements. On the day of departure Lily called to confirm that all was on track for our arrival in Tbilisi and assured me that she will take of my daughter. Once my daughter arrived at the apartment Lily welcomed them and truly took care of them not as a host but as a dear one. Lili's friendliness and eagerness to help helped rest my fears of my daughter relocating. Lily even assisted with finding an apartment for my daughter. Lili's apartment was comfortable and felt like home. Lily is a true ambassador for Georgia.
