It's like a hostel, shared bathrooms and kitchen, but separate bedrooms. It's possible to check in and check out by yourself, which is convenient. I didn't meet any of the staff in person, but Natia was very nice and friendly to me by WhatsApp. I stayed for one night. It was really clean, both the room, bathrooms and the kitchen. The room and the bed were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The only thing I didn't like is such thin walls that I heard everyone talking etc in other rooms like they were staying with me :( You can hear people snoring around even or plugging the device into the socket. Also some other guests were really loud talking etc at night in the rooms and corridor, so it would not be possible to sleep if I wasn't extremely tired that day. Also it was very noisy outside as well, so I couldn't keep the window open.

The walls are paper thin.

People smoked and opened the doors (front door, kitchen door that has an outside door) a lot, so it was freezing in the hall, absolutely freezing im the kitchen, at all times. I had to wear my winter coat in the kitchen and it was a cigarette smell in the hall and kitchen sometimes. The contact number never answered to our messages, it was a bit difficult especially upon our arrival. At our last night a man committed suicide right in front of our window (and I remind you, it was a giant window, on 1st floor) so as he lay right there, and thу police came to do their job, the host was nowhere to be found. I was shaking for the whole evening. Still no one answered the phone or messages on booking (the staff is only there until evening so naturally they were gone). Other visitors helped us to move to another room, but I was really worried the staff won't be ok with that. In the morning we were supposed to move out, it turned out that the move was fine with the staff and the contact number even answered us for the first time for our entire stay of 5 days. There are no beds for couples, only 2 beds that you can move closer together if you are a couple. Rooms are very small, I could not open my suitcase laying down (size M) because there was no space on the floor, literally.

Location is good, staff is nice and polite, the place is very clean. The room is small but cosy. I liked the view and I even got to chose from several rooms which is very kind of them! I have to say the place is noisy, you can hear everything from the outside (there were construction workers getting rid of a tree) and from the room next to you, and from the kitchen as well. But I wore earplugs and didn't care about it. I recommend that you do the same, and you'll be fine! Cosy kitchen, nicely equipped, but a bit crowded. There was lot of guys, the whole place was mostly guys of different races, and no staff, so at times I felt unsafe, some of them were a bit loud. Sometimes guys left dirty pots and pans after their meal which is unpleasant. At one point, the staff asked if that were us girls who left a dirty pot for more than a day (which was a bit incorrect of them to do, in my opinion). But I liked the place overall. It was cold in the room, but I was given extra blanket so I was very pleased! There were 3 awesome washing machines in the kitchen, a coffee maker and in the bathroom there was a tiny shower for lady parts. Shower is of a good quality. There is a tiny fridge in every room. Great stay, I loved it, and it was a good bargain, despite some downsides.

We did not yet have wifi when we arrived which complicated the check-in. We assumed there would be someone at reception (we requested a late arrival- 22:30). This made it difficult to get door entry codes (we had to rely on a kind neighbour to assist us). Payment was only in cash- we prefer card. Power cord of bar fridge in bedroom did not reach the socket.

General brightness and cleanliness. Walking distance to buses, Metro. Rooms and kitchen were very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with modern appliances (even a tumble drier).

The new hotel is located in a place with good transport links to every part of the city. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Good choice for this money.

Brand new hotel, lovely clean rooms and facilities. A little bit outside of city centre but plenty of restaurants shops etc around. Staff were very friendly and price was excellent.

The place is very small. The room I got feels like a detention cell with an air conditioner that makes noise. I couldn't stay there.

This facility is very difficult to find. I arrived in the evening and the facility was closed and thanks to another guest, I was able to enter and obtain a room.

The facilities are okay. The bed is comfortable. There are two shared bathrooms across the hall, in the kitchen a washing machine is available, though occupied at all times and virtually impossible to be used. There are cleaning services coming in the morning, but overall the place is starting to have a bit of a run-down vibe. Anyways, for the price we paid it’s okay.
