Expect stairs! It is not possible to reach the place in a car as it is on a steep hillside with stairs, but vehicles can come close enough on Gomri Street. Still, stairs.

The location was exceptional, the views were picturesque, and the accommodation was beautiful, clean and very comfortable for our group of six.

Be mindful you need to climb up the hill to reach the apartment and it’s not easy to find on the map. We had a few hours water supply break which was solved by the host very quickly. One of the bathrooms had a pretty unpleasant permanent smell and probably would benefit from deep cleaning

Great appartment up the hill in old Tbilisi, yet just 10 min walk to key city attractions, offers a stunning view over the city. The appartment is well done, has everything for a comfortable stay. Driving up there is tricky, going by foot implies climbing quite a few stairs. But all this is compensated by the charm of the district and the appartment itself and by an incredible view from the terrace

Quite a no steps to do daily, even local taxisi can not approach the building or wont do it due to steep and narrow streets. Will be difficult to elderly and peoplw with some difficulties to walk stairs and steep streets. But it is all paid back by amazing location and views to the city.

Apartment is in superb location being in the heart of the old town, its spacious, has 2 bathrooms. All you need to have for a nice vacation.

Very big house with very nice view , got very nice balcony aswell. The location is very good but the only issue was it's up the hill and abit difficult with kids or old people. But over all very nice and good

The location and the place itself are amazing: you can walk up to mother Georgia/cable car station/botanical garden or down to get to the old city, baths and pedestrian bridge (5-10 mins). We enjoyed the view from the terrace and windows every evening. The apartment had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay again.

The view from Bethlehem Terrace is simply breathtaking. Nestled on a hill, it offers panoramic vistas of the city that are nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to the sight of the historic city spread out before me, with the ancient architecture and the tranquil surroundings, was a delight every morning. Whether it was the sunrise casting a golden hue on the city or the city lights sparkling at night, the view was a constant source of awe and inspiration.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed as a tourist and during business trips. Very good location in old Tbilisi on a hill with an amazing view of the whole city. Apartment has 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and living room), kitchen, 2 bathrooms, very nice garden and a terrace: everything is great. Me, my wife and children had a real feeling of living in old cozy Tbilisi experiencing a famous Georgian hospitality.

Nothing. Stairs are an examination, but it's awarded by awesome view from the balcony. People should be ready to walk and to go up the stairs. But it's worth it.

I liked the host, locations (The Old Tbilisi, centre, Mother of Georgia and other noted places are near) and interior very much. Everything was very pleasant, especially the balcony. I would recommend it everyone and I hope I will visit this Place once more.
