Please note that, as in many accommodations in Georgia (I’ve stayed in several others as well), the walls can be quite thin. Therefore, it’s important that guests respect the designated hours for using the shared washing machine and dryer — between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. Unfortunately, not all guests follow this rule, so I kindly ask anyone booking this stay to be considerate and respect these hours.

I spent almost two weeks in this apartment, and my stay fully lived up to my expectations, which were already high after seeing the beautiful photos. From the moment I made the booking until check-out, everything went smoothly. The host, Eteri, kindly arranged a pick-up for me, and from the moment I landed in Tbilisi, her friend Mariana — who is also on-site to help with any questions — took great care of me. She stayed in touch throughout my stay and helped me with anything I needed, whether it was about cleaning the apartment or other requests. The apartment itself was, of course, beautiful — not only because of its great location but also thanks to the lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing. However, the main reason I would come back and recommend this place to others is Mariana, especially for solo travelers. Thank you for everything! <3

Lovely apartment choice for central Tbilisi (although up some testing hills!). We had the bottom apartment, which has a lovely balcony area with retractable windows, but the view is slightly worse (I imagine) and blocked by houses (still a lovely place to relax though). The kitchen and bathroom are modern and clean, and it's less than 5mins walk downhill to the central Old Town square.

A few little noises in the apartment which are amplified at night . For example the aircon makes noises when it’s off during the night. The fridge is a little loud during the night .

The place is super clean and well-organized, with everything you might need during your stay. The location is absolutely amazing! If you’re coming to Tbilisi, this is definitely the best place to stay without a second thought!

The sunroom was amazing -- what a perfect place to eat, drink a glass of wine, take a break from hiking around town. And the location was perfect! Having the little kitchen was great too, as we seemed to over-order at dinner so nice to have a delicous lunch of leftovers the next day. We highly recommend this place to anyone!

The penthouse apartment is beautiful and offers gorgeous views of old Tbilisi. The location is fantastic! Literally a few minutes walk to Meidan Bazaar and the sulphur baths. There are so many cute cafes and great restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and decorated with elegance and good taste. I highly recommend this apartment to any traveler who wants to experience the timeless beauty of old Tbilisi.

“Nice Stay, but Be Ready for a Climb” The apartment itself was beautiful and well-maintained — no complaints about the decor or cleanliness. It’s a cozy space and has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. However, the location was a downside for me. It’s situated uphill, and getting there by foot was a bit tiring, especially after a long day of exploring. If you’re not used to walking uphill or have heavy luggage, it could be inconvenient. A good place, but I wish the access was easier.

“A Cozy Gem in the Heart of Nature!” My stay at Apartment Boutique Upe was absolutely delightful. The apartment was stylish, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for a relaxing retreat. Every detail, from the cozy interiors to the thoughtful amenities, made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the peaceful surroundings added to the charm. One thing to note: the apartment is located slightly uphill, which might be a little challenging for some, but the views and tranquility more than make up for it. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location is good but ordering a taxi was a problem, and they didn’t accept to reach to the apartment, so we had to walk up a hill to get to the apartment everyday !

The best view in all the city, and the cleanliness and the host was so friendly.

This applies only to us - it was our last location in Tbilisi before returning home, so we had full heavy suitcases, and therefore it was quite difficult to climb two flights of stairs. Tourists travelling with a lightweight have nothing to worry about. And the view from the window completely compensates for the way to it.

The apartments impress with their views - most of the sights of the old town are at your fingertips. The studio flat itself is very well equipped. The renovation is stylish. The furniture is comfortable. The bed is large with a firm mattress. Cleanliness is on top. All equipment is new and working properly. The owner is responsive and always in touch. Special thanks for the bottle of wine we received as a gift. It was very sweet gesture. Our requests were always considered and honoured, we were checked in at the requested time and were given recommendations for great places to visit. We had a great time in this apartment and enjoyed the aesthetic pleasure of seeing the beauty of the city from her balcony. We wish you the same experience.

Little bit of noise from outside, cars and people party. We thought that cash payment was inconvenient. This is like old school stuff. Seems like money goes under the table. We had to go to 4 different ATMs to take money out because ATMs have a withdrawal limit of max 400 lari, so we also had to pay 4x fee for taking the money out.

Great view, location, nice room, good bed. Apartment was modern and clean.

We stayed at apartment 43 for 3 nights. Everything was great. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable.the location is amazing, close to the ancient city main streets. The hosts was really nice and helpful and take care for everything. The apartment was very clean. Recommended!

I honestly cannot think of anything I did not like about the property.

The host was very responsive on WhatsApp and she was very friendly. She arranged for the apartment to be cleaned whenever we were out and about. The property itself had all appliances we needed, and was immaculately clean.

Room 45, this is the room that you need. Super clean, comfortable bed and pillow, very cosy. Best location (only problem I faced was carrying the suitcase as the road was old stone pavement and very sloppy). Marina the lady was absolutely sweet and kind. She personally made sure everything was prefect.

The walk uphill to get there could be challenging. But that has nothing to do with the superb quality of the apartment.

Very nicely located and close to everything you need to visit in Tbilisi. Both the owner and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. My partner happened to be ill during the stay, and they helped with calling emergency and constantly checked with me how we were and whether we needed anything. So it was extremely comforting when you a in a new country, facing a challenging situation. The property is also very nice and clean and comfortable, loved everything about it.

Absolutely stunning studio apartment with the most gorgeous views of Tbilisi and major landmarks. The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen and communal laundry facilities. Great location, with many restaurants, shops and walking distance to the city centre. Don’t even think twice about this one!
