Perfect location - short walking distance to all the main attractions. The studio is equipped with everything you need. The host, Anna, replied to messages promptly and ensured a smooth check-in. Anna’s elderly parents who live just next door were extremely kind and helpful. So grateful for the eggs and cake they gave me during Easter!

If you want a local experience in a historical building taken care by super kind people, this is your place! Located in a beautiful promenade very central and close to main areas of interest. Everything was very clean and cozy, we felt like home. Simple but with everything you need and with beautiful touches of color and design.

Fabulous hotel Hotel in Tbilisi's Chugureti neighborhood. I can only recommend! We stayed in the apartment which was decorated with style and care – actually the room looks better than in the pictures on Booking. The entire building is beautifully renovated and styled. Throughout our stay the hostess was friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Great location on a pedestrian avenue with newly renovated rooms. Clean, quite large, and well-equipped apartment. There is a stove and utensils for cooking, and the internet is surprisingly fast. The bed was super soft. The staff was very attentive— answered all questions almost immediately via WhatsApp and booked a personal round-trip transfer to Gudauri Ski Resort for us.

This beautiful apartment was absolutely perfect for us, 2 friends traveling to Tbilisi for the first time. The host was an absolute delight. The apartment has every comfort and is beautifully decorated. It's location, easy walking distance to all main sites in the center of Tbilisi. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I received a very warm welcome from the hostess, she was wonderful. Good-size modern apartment with comfortable bed. Very quiet building, no noise from the corridor or from other rooms. Excellent location just a few minutes from the Liberty square and nearest subway station.

It’s a bit loud in the night because of the street next to the flat. In one bed, there were only thin bedsheets and no proper blanket which was a bit cold at night. There is no washing machine

From someone working in the industry, I must say that this is a fantastic hotel in Tbilisi. The room is very cozy, has nice beds, even has a AC in the bedroom and the bathroom has been newly refurbished, which is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are even nicer than the pictures show. It is directly in the city center, only 4-6 minutes to main attractions by foot. We really enjoyed this area, I cannot recommend this place enough! It is a fantastic small hotel that is perfect for your money!

The hotel is housed in a beautiful restored historic two-story building on a major avenue in old Tbilisi, close to subway stop (Marjanishvili) and to the Presidential Palace. Lots of shops and restaurants close by, also near to Fabrika. Very easy to walk from here to main sightseeing places around town, it never took us more than 12 minutes! our apartment was very spacious, light and airy with a view over the avenue, but very quiet. Very clean and tastefully decorated and furnished, original wood block floor. Our apartment had a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, coffee and tea, plates, cutlery etc, everything you could expect, even a tea towel and dish sponge. Beds were very comfortable. The hostess is very friendly and helpful.
