The only small downside was that we couldn’t really use the washing machine, as it was often occupied with cleaning items. It wasn’t a big issue, but a bit inconvenient at times.

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything and in a lovely area. The host was also very kind, responsive, and polite, which made our stay even more comfortable.

There was a brief power cut but the owner was very responsive and kept us informed.

This place is really beautifully done. We had the balcony room and we really enjoyed sitting outside and admiring the view. It was also very atmospheric to eat our food there. The overall decor of the place was quite modern too, and it was also very useful that there was a kitchen and a laundry machine with a dryer available.

We asked for a very late checkin, because our flight was after midnight, so the owner gave us clear and easy insructions how to check in. He was very hospitable, and at our disposal for all of our questions. The place itself is spotless! And great located too - a good walk away from the city center, very neraby one of the main boulevards, with caffes and shops just minutes away, but in a quiet street. Warm recommendations! 🥰

- the soundproof was not perfect, you can hear other people from other rooms, so if you are sensitive just keep it in mind

+ top notch location, the balcony was facing infamous Winefactory yard + very clean! + very good bed + bright room, large window with a nice view + stuff was ok(but a bit too serious, as many Georgians are, though) altogether the best variant of all where we stayed in Tbilisi so far. value for money 10/10 thank you!

This is the second time I have stayed in these apartments and I was delighted with my stay there again. Very convenient location, with a huge amount of transport in different directions, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, shops, several large parks. Not far from Rustaveli Street, Philharmonic Hall, museums, shopping center and Parliament of Georgia. Very comfortable and cozy apartments with everything you need for your stay. You can also always use the huge kitchen with the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. Everything is very clean, constantly cleaned and maintained. It's very convenient that you can come to the room at any time yourself without waiting for the owner of the house. The owner sends you all the necessary information in advance on your phone and provides access codes to the apartment. This is convenient if you have a night flight or train. Many thanks to the very hospitable owner of the apartments. He is constantly in touch 24/7 and will help you solve any of your questions. I recommend this place and will return there again.

Great guesthouse, well located, with very comfortable rooms with modern en-suite bathroom, big windows, and very well equipped shared kitchen. The entire guesthouse is very clean. I loved the decoration and that it was nice and warm at this time of year (the underfloor heating is super nice!). It is exactly as it says : cozy! and the host, Tornike is very welcoming and easy to contact.

The apartment is just perfect if you want to spend a couple of days in the city of Tbilisi. The beds are very comfy, everything is clean, modern and well kept. Oh and all the sights and nice restaurants are in walking distance. To sum it up - we just felt at home in the apartment and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Tbilisi.

This is the best room I have stayed in Tbilisi over the past few years. Great location. Very nice and polite owner. Reacts instantly to bookings and actively responds to messages. The apartment is very clean, there is a large communal kitchen with everything you need. You can also use the washing machine and iron your clothes. The room has a comfortable bed, high-quality bed linen and towels, disposable toothbrushes, slippers and shower products. I recommend this apartment!!!
