Very nice apartments with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a nice balcony (we stayed in the upper-level apartment). Anna is very communicative (via WhatsApp) and supported our needs quickly. The location is perfect—quiet but still in the heart of the city center. The apartments are warm, and there is also air conditioning. We had a great stay!

Great location, spacious and very clean apartment with a beautiful view of the courtyard. We had everything we needed. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was modern. If we come to Tbilisi again, we will try to stay in this apartment again.

We are a family of four, had a wonderful stay at Anna’s apartment in the heart of Tbilisi! The host, Anna, was absolutely lovely — kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The apartment itself was beautiful — cozy, comfortable, and truly luxurious. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center, just a short walk from the Old Town, the funicular, and all the main sights. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

We had a great stay for a week here. Anna is a perfect host, very friendly and welcoming, helpful and very responsive to messaging. The apartment was lovely and clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. Great location in the old city, walking distance to national museums and metro links, and cafés, restaurants and shops. Area felt very safe to walk around in both day and evening. The apartment felt very secure, gated from the street and accessed through security doors. For a comfortable apartment in the old city this is the perfect choice.

The locality was absolutely amazing – around the corner from freedom Square. It was on the ground level which we so appreciated as we are all elderly! Ana was a fantastic host, could speak English, very helpful and even transported us to our next accommodation! Thank you Ana for everything! We loved staying at your place!

I think I just have to mention about the couch in the living area. I could feel the springs whenever I sit on it. The rest of the couch/sofa are still good except for that one spot I mentioned.

First of all, apartment is clean and tidy. Smells good as well. It's a non noisy neighbourhood so getting a good sleep won't be a problem. Also, it's a well maintained apartment I must say. Secondly, the area is close to many spots that u may wish to visit. To add up, a Georgian resto is just a few steps away from the apartment complex. Thirdly, police visibility is a plus. As a tourist, u would definitely feel safe. Lastly, the host was so hospitable and approachable. I would definitely recommend this place if ur looking for a place to stay in the old Tbilisi area.

Great place right in the center of the city, with the added bonus of private parking in the yard. The apartment is spotless, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small, but perfectly fine for a short stay. Overall, an excellent choice for convenience and comfort.

The property was located at the centre of the Old Tbilisi, so it was very convenient to visit tourist attractions. The ministry was located next to the property, so we felt it was very safe with police presence 24/7. The hostess, Ana, was very kind and attentive to any needs we had.
