The location of the apartment is superb. The décor of the apartment is charming and the place was very clean. Kitchenette has all you need to prepare a light breakfast. Communicating with Maya is quick and easy - she was very helpful. The apartment more than met our expectations.

Honestly, there's not much I didn't like. If I had to mention something, it would be that the apartment could have been even better with a balcony.

Perfect Location! The apartment exceeded my expectations—it was not only beautiful and clean but also situated in an incredibly convenient area. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The host was very attentive and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

No tea, coffee, or sugar supplied - even though containers ready to use. There are busy restaurants and bars in the alleyway below, so the windows need to be closed to sleep at night.

The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is in a great location, with many sites and restaurants just a short walk away. Instructions to access the apartment were helpful. The AC works well.

Things that need to be improved: - The key is old and single - There are no tables or chairs - There are noisy cafes in the back street - The closet doors are very squeaky, I think they need lubrication.

First of all I thank to our host Maia who has wonderful communication. Before our trip, she reached out to me and explain the details and also where the property's key. The house was on a central area which is so close to the old city, restaurants, cafes and a 24-hour open supermarket. There was a spacious double bed and a large sofa, the sofa was hard, but it has soft extra mattress. The sheets, towels, toilet paper, soap and detergent were in sufficient quantity. It was very nicely decorated. There was a small fridge, hot water, slippers, high-quality cups and plates. Also, she provided us a place for our baggage, after check-out. The street behind the apartment can be noisy at night. This is not something that the host is responsible for, but could be an issue. They are trying to deal with the restaurants and bars along that street. The only issue with the apartment is that the shower floor can become slippery. As long as you stand on the drain it helps prevent slipping.

It is a great apartment convenient to Old Town Tbilisi and surrounding areas. The host was easy to deal with and was very friendly. Stable WiFi. We needed to adjust our plans and the host worked with us.

It is by a popular restaurant/bar street so there's some noise from the music they play, but honestly it didn't bother us and it comes with being very central.

Lovely apartment, easy communication, excellent location. We had a very comfortable stay and this would be my first choice if we ever have the chance to return to Tbilisi.

The VAT WAS NOT included to the price so we had to pay 18% extra from the expected.

The place was really in the center of the old city, close to all touristic areas. It was clean, had a small kitchen, air conditioner and tv/internet.

The apartment is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The bed is big and comfortable. There is a small kitchennet in the apartment. The location of the apartment is in heart of the city. Between Freedom square and old town. Several restaurants, supermarkets, atm etc. within one minute walking distance. Can reach the apartment from airport by bus to freedom square and from freedom square it is 5 minutes walking distance to the apartment. The best part of the apartment is its owner Maia. She and her son leave right next door. They are always available and ready to help. I need to mention one episode of her goodness. I had a family emergency due to which I curtailed my stay in Tbilisi from 4 nights to one night. Maia went out of her way, contacted Booking.com office, changed my booking dates and helped me to reduce the total booking costs. When I thanked her for her efforts, she very smilingly said, we must help each other. This has stayed with me. I absolutely recommend this Apartment when travelling to Tbilisi.

can’t think of anything

We loved the central location, charming streets and shaded backyards around. The flat was simply beautiful- cosy and well equipped, beyond tasteful furnishings and decoration wise. We felt more than comfortable, easily privileged and lucky to have selected the place. Many of Tbilisi’s landmarks are within 10min walk. Many good restaurants and bars are around the corner. There was nothing to wish for- we were happy there and sorry to be leaving. 10 points!

No microwave ( WE got extra food from restaurant and WE can't heat it ) They was some restaurant with music and WE Can ear it for some people it Can bé annoying for sleep Thé shower sometimes was cold and After become hot and back cold

Very good situated the hote answear really fast have everythings needed for 2 or 3 people i recommend for a week end and they are alot of things to Saw ( you have restaurant change or little shopping AT less than 100 meter each )
