Appartement has large rooms, with balcony viewing over the sulfur baths. In the beginning of old town centrum. The host is very nice. Everything you can imagine is avaible in the appartment

Absolutely, the location! The apartment is located at the foot of Narikala Fortress. My favorite part of the apartment was the balcony where you can see people walking by, the line of sulfur bathhouses, and beautiful old houses on the hills. It was such a beautiful scenery! Thank you for your warm hospitality, Mr. George! My friends and I would definitely come back your gorgeous apartment when we visit Georgia again!

There was a traditional restaurant near by that had very loud music but they don't finish too late.

The place is great. Very well situated, nice atmosphere in front of the thermal baths, many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is really spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and really big. Parking space in front of the house. Easy instructions to check in.

There was nothing I didn't like about this apartment.

The apartments location is just great. There is a balcony with exceptionally comfortable armchair and I must say that sitting there with a glass of Georgian wine in my hand and just looking at the nightlife are one of my greatest memories of Tbilisi. The beds were comfortable and with two toilets, I would highly recommend this apartment to bigger groups.

The best place to stay in Tbilisi Thanks to the hosts for a warm welcome and help!!! location is the best that you can find, everything is close, old baths, shops, historical places, views of old Tbilisi and River Mtkvari. rooms are very clean and cozy all the furniture is in good condition and the hosts are taking good care place was very easy to find. So it was one of the best experiences of my stay

The washing mashine is in horrible state due to the mold being everywhere. Beds are hard and pillows are not soft at all.

The best location if you want to stay in the heart of the old Tbilisi and you need 4 rooms for up to 8 people! Everything you need is there! Very responsive host.

On the other hand, the apartment is quite old and in need of renovation and renewal. For example, the locks on the doors and rooms sometimes get stuck, the towels and bed linens look as if they are decades old, and the same goes for the fridge and other furniture and appliances in the house. A proper renovation and some updates would truly turn this apartment into a dream home.

really enjoyed my stay. The place itself is very good, the host is a wonderful person who was always helpful with any issues. The location is simply the best in the city, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable.

Weird sewage smell in the bathroom. Host attempted to come look at it, but probably should have been addressed before check in.

Outstanding huge apartment right in the middle of historic Tbilisi! Nice furniture and a wonderful balcony overlooking the most scenic area in the city.

Windows need mosquito nets, it wasn’t quite clean with some rubbish and chewing gum found in a towel.

Location is superb, couldn’t be any more central.
