The only disadvantage I have found were the stairs, but even then the son of the host came out and helped us carry up our bags. Such nice people!

Absolutely perfect! The apartment has everything you could possibly need, A comfortable bed, a fully furnished kitchen, a living room, a very high quality of comfort and cleanness, and even a beautiful view. There is a washing machine and hanging rack and the balcony, that also has two chair, a table and a great view! The tv is a smart tv and had YouTube and Netflix! The host was absolutely amazing and even made us fresh, homemade Cachapuri (local bread with cheese) and brought it all the way up to our room. One of our best stays in Tbilisi, would definitely stay again, and recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality stay in Tbilisi ❤️

This is definitely the best apart I've ever live in in Tbilisi! Fully equipped kitchen, amazing mattress, nice Tblisi view, nearby road with free parking (but I bought Tbilisi Parking non-zone ticket still). Irina is extremely hospitable and nice! I would be glad to stay there again. Answering claims about microwave oven and steep stairs - oven works (but maybe some guests may click strange modes after what you have to click more to turn it on); stairs is stepp, but short, maybe 20-30 meters. If you order a taxi, ask them to srive on Kakabadze treet, there will not be any problems for them to drive to.

It is very comfortable and cozy with its excellent view of Tbilisi. Most importantly, clean and with all the necessary things. Believe me, you will like it very much, regardless of the ascent, it is old Tbilisi and its charm lies in it. The host is very friendly

Luca should provide more precise check in information. There is no way for guests to know which of the doors at Ritsa 18 is his mother's door but it seems the neighbour is used to this as she kindly pointed to the right door. Guests should also know that if you come with luggage DO NOT attempt to walk from Rustaveli avenue or even one of the nearer streets that are located lower than Ritsa street because it is a very steep climb. It is best to ask the taxi to take you to Adamo Hotel (one bus also stops there) and walk down the stairs to the accommodation.

I stayed in dozens of apartments in Tbilisi over the past decade and this apartment is one of the best. It is smartly and pleasantly decorated without overdoing it (some rental apartments slide into kitsch territory with too many local themes and colours. Luca's apartment is uncompromisingly modern and lets the beautiful views glaring from every window to speak for themselves. It is also very well equipped and clean. Luca's mother lives one floor down and she is a very kind and caring lady. The apartment has its own entrance and its own balcony so it is completely private but having Luca's mother nearby is an advantage because if you need anything you can knock on her door and she will be glad to help (I got a small wound on my knee cap when I exited a minivan and asked her for the first aid kit which was super helpful). It is very close to Rustaveli and to the street above where public transport and taxis can be hailed but it is also very quiet.
