It was a beautiful place with an amazing host. Vlad, the house owner picked us up from the airport allowing the early check in and drove us back at the end of the stay at 3 a.m. interrupting his mountain vacation. The place is big, beautifully decorated, spotless clean and well supplied. He were welcomed with Georgian wine, candies and dry fruit. The location was very convenient within walking distance to the old town and other attraction but also with a supermarket around the corner. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

I recently had an incredible trip and my stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The room was immaculate, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described — even better in person. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Just the smell at the extra room at the roof.

At first, we were a bit uncertain as we approached the old facade, and I couldn't help but wonder if this was the same place I had booked. However, as soon as we stepped inside, we were immediately surprised by how cozy and inviting the home felt. The space was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which truly captured the spirit of the holiday season. The homeowner was incredibly welcoming, greeting us with some delicious treats and a bottle of wine. To top it off, his son even played the piano for us, which was a truly special touch. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Great value of money.

All was good!

Very well equipped place with nice area for dining, rest and hanging out. Had everything we needed, was clean and air conditioning helped endure summer heat. Vlad is a fantastic host and agreed to receive us at a late hour because of our flight.

The quilts are little thin

Despite our late arrival due to travel, the host still provided us with an exceptional accommodation experience. He thoughtfully arranged for his talented pianist son to perform for us. His home was incredibly comfortable, with roof terrace and the skylights that lets in sunlight through a skylight into the living room filled with beautiful paintings and vibrant greenery.

N38 Homestay in centrally located in Tbilisi and with a private parkin space. The host, Vlad is a wonderful and cheerful person for all occasions. The Homestay is fully equipped with kitchen and cooking facilities. Hall is spacious and luxurious. Fully recommended for all visitors to Tbilisi.

Everything was delightful! The host is very friendly and always ready to help, the house is spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the fireplace. The location is incredibly convenient, with the main central squares within walking distance (3-10 minutes on foot), and there are buses nearby. There are also shops and cafes not far from the house.

We were impressed by the hospitality and friendship of the owner and his family. His 10-year-old son was playing some evenings, treating us to delightful piano performances. Vladimir, Tamar, and George were helpful with all our questions, and we engaged in numerous conversations about life, culture, and more during our stay in Tbilisi. There was really nothing not to.like.

Let's start with the host Vlad, you won't meet hosts like this. He met us at the airport (at 0100) and drove us to the flat. But wait, on the way he made sure to do a half hour quick tour of the city to get us oriented, stopped at a 24 hour market and lent us some local money to do our basic shopping, showed us where the best exchange rates could be found and we could pay the next day. The flat was just across the river from the old city (literally a five minute walk). On to stories, warmly decorated, had everything we needed. There are two bedrooms (each with two twin beds and option for another one) and bathroom with nice shower on the second floor and another unit across a small private courtyard with a queen size bed and bathroom. We chose just to use the main house with our three kids in one room and us in the other. Grocery shop and fruit vegetable stand 100 meters from the flat. Vlad has a wonderful family and talented son. We won't hesitate to stay again.
