Clean, spacious room, with absolutely all amenities. The location is very nice, as it's a quiet district not far from the centre (btw, nearby there is a nice restaurant, for those who plan to work remotely it's a great option). The yard is very nice, with palms and swing chairs, sometimes we forgot we were in Tbilisi. Also, the owner is very helpful and flexible :)

It was really comfortable inside and outside the terrace, you can simply sit down and have your coffee while smoking. The neighborhood is really quiet that both in mornings and at nights you almost don’t hear anything/anyone around. All the daily facilities are provided and they’re functional at the same time. The bathroom is really clean and there’s definitely hot water.

The apartment is nice and warm - we were there in November, and the weather was quite cold. The host was very attentive and promptly helped us. It is a small apart-hotel with a private courtyard with palms. The place is quiet, high on a hill with fresh air, which is a big plus for Tbilisi. At the same time, it is not far from the center - 30 min by foot or 10 min by car.

Very nice looking apartment with a good size and everything that you need and more. 1-2 minutes walk to a market and cool chebureki cafe. Excellent location making it easy to reach all of the Tbilisi attractions. The host Vasil is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Tbilisi!

Super nice place to stay in tiblisi. The accommodation is clean and new, with many amenities. Perfect if you are staying for a while. Close to a few tourist attractions. Really nice host.

The place is wonderful. I especially liked the inner area of the hotel, where you can sit in the evening. Rooms are good. People are very friendly, and always ready to help.

The house is located a little far from the house and in uphill. About 25 min walk to city center. But it is close to cathedral.

Has a good and responsive staff. Clean suit with small kitchen. It has AC. You can park you car in front of the house, there is a camera. The room has a private bathroom, clean linen and towel.

High standard, very clean, so many details taken care of. The best apartment I have lived in Tbilisi. The host is super responsive and delivered a speciality knife on my door almost immediate after I requested it. Very nice outdoor compound.

The owner of the house is very nice and helpful. He helped us a lot in everything. When the taxi driver tried to scam us, he came within 5 minutes, stood next to us and solved the problem. The houses are very beautiful and clean. I definitely recommend it. If I come again, I will choose you again. Thank you so much for everything. My wife and I were very pleased. We had a very nice holiday thanks to you.

Far from the center. the apartment is at the top of the hill. a little bit hard to walk uphill from the Metro Avlabari (about 15-20min walk).

Host Vasil is very helpful. Spacious and clean room. very cozy. nice interior. quiet location. near the fruit shop.

We suggest that the extra bed should not be attached to the wall. Guest should be able to move it to accommodate their luggage. The way the room is laid out, we had trouble setting up the luggage in the room.

Nothing.

- It's clean, bright and almost everything is new. - Kitchen utensils are sufficient for cooking (even sponge, dishcloth, detergent complete). - There is a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and even clothespins. - The yard is spacious and quiet. - It is located in a quiet place. - Avlabari metro station is not far, so it's not difficult to get to Old Tbilisi. (There is a minibus number 576 in front of the accommodation to Avlabari metro station.) - A good fruit and vegetable shop is nearby. - The staffs are friendly and quick to respond to requests. - It seems to be suitable for a long stay. - I am grateful that I was able to finish my trip to Georgia for a month at a satisfactory accommodation like this.
