How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Central location, walking distance from Liberty Square. Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and they can fit a family of 5 which is a big plus. The facilities are great, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. There are no lifts as it’s a heritage building, but the staff is very helpful in getting the luggage to the rooms. Would love to stay here again !

Everything was great!
The decor of the place and the interior of the room were all fantastic. The facilities provided in the room ranged from a cooking stove to utensils to the washing machine. Perfect place to stay in Tblisi as the location is just right for travellers. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartments in the very heart of the old town. Great location and very friendly staff. You can walk everywhere within a matter of minutes and the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

Nothing to mention, everything was perfect
Our stay at Paskunji Residence was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Tbilisi’s old town, surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and beautiful historic streets. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The check-in was smooth, and they were always available for any assistance or local recommendations. The view from our balcony was amazing — a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink while soaking in the charm of Tbilisi. Overall, this place truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend Paskunji Residence to anyone visiting Tbilisi — it’s one of the best stays we’ve had anywhere!

The only downside is that there is no lift but it didn’t pose a problem because Ms.Lili had it taken care of 🥰🙏
As per advertised; clean, neat and comfortable. Wonderful location to get around Tbilisi. Cafes and restaurants are near. The top point is that Ms. Lili is an exceptionally excellent host 👍🏾💖💖! She’s friendly and super helpful throughout our stay and responded to our WhatsApp queries very swiftly and promptly each time. She’s definitely a 5-star Host 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! Will recommend everyone to stay here when in Tbilisi 🥰💖! I will too, in future visits 👍🏾💖🌟

Nothing major, a bit difficult to take luggage up and down 1 floor, because there is no elevator. Didn't like the soaps provided.
The location is the best! near liberty square and Rostavilli avenue. The street has many coffee shops and restaurants and it is close to everything. The facility is comfortable and practical for a family, and has a great design. The owner Lily was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

Superbly located, right by Freedom Square with a great, vibrant surrounding area. Most things are within walking distance of the property - restaurants, bars, cafes, shops. Easy access, really nice comfy apartment and Lilli was really helpful. Absolutely loved it.

our third stay at this property, great location, comfy, clean, great staff. We first moved here after being scammed by “central comfort apartment 2” on booking.com (appalling) and were so glad we made the move. We then stayed a further two times during our couple of weeks holiday in Georgia in a couple of different rooms-all were excellent. it’s also great having a washer dryer in the apartment

A new renovated place with extraordinary interior design and very spacious. Two toilets, balcony, very large TV's in living room and main sleeping room. Great location (about 150m from Liberty square) on a very popular street with restaurants. Supportive and very nice owner and staff. Kitchen with Esspresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine (but no dryer). We will happy to return back in our next visit.

Needs a little improvement on the plates and glasses and cutlery and the safe though provided was not working. Although we left our valuables in the apartment and Lili assured there is nothing to worry. The showers could use upgrading.
The place is a gem in the middle of the old town of Tblisi and walking distance from many major attractions and museums and the main Liberty Square - The Hostess Lili is another gem and was always available to answer our questions and provide what was needed.

The only downside is there’s no lift, and it would be great if the property had helpers for luggage, especially for older people!
Amazing stay! 200 years old, the hotel was super clean, comfortable, and had great facilities from inside as much it doesnt look great from outside, as it is old heritage building and cannot be renovated from outside. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything just felt perfect. Definitely coming back!
