This is a beautiful house with a surrounding orchard. The hosts let us wander around and pick whatever fruit we liked, which was absolutely delicious! We were even given two bags of fresh fruit to take with us. The beds was comfortable and the room was homely.

Best place in Tskaltubo. We truly enjoyed our stay in this family owned guesthouse. The breakfast was basic but nice. We had great conversations and enjoyed the basic swimming pool in the house! We love to come back.

Very peaceful and comfortable place. The owners are very friendly, helpful and wonderful people. They do everything to make the stay perfect. Very tasty breakfast. Lunch, wine, brandy, amazing barbecue dinner :) Beautifull garden full of fruits and artist stuff. We would stay again and we recommend.

So much to say about this place. Felt like a home away from home. Instantly the other guests themsleves became our family. The mother is the most caring lady and the seba is there to attend to any of your needs. Very beautiful house. The wine and whiskey she makes are the best and you must buy it from her. We went there just to spend the night but was reluctant to leave the next morning. The breakfast was amazing. It's a homestay with common bathroom and wc. Thanks to the family for a soul fullfilling day in Tblisi and thank you for showing us how a real native Georgian family leads their life. Love from us.

We had such a wonderful stay, the family are so kind and hospitable. We would liked to have stayed longer. Our room was large and clean, also very peaceful. Internet and warm water available. The grounds of the house are very pretty and the family supplied us with fruits fresh from the tree. We also tried their delicious homemade wine. A delicious breakfast was served in the morning. Good location for exploring, secure parking available. We would stay again and we recommend.

Very Hospitable and Friendly Family When we lost our location while coming, the owner directly came with their car to help us out in the midnight and gave us lots of fruits from their garden, apples, Plums, pears, cherries,etc. Nice and fresh food served...Totally worth it.

Shared bathroom at downstairs.

This is a family where the owner lives downstairs and the tenants live upstairs. The room size is very good. There is a living room upstairs. It is very comfortable and clean. The hostess makes delicious breakfast. The hostess and hostess are very kind. There are many fruit trees planted in the yard. The owner picked some for us to eat.

Pressure of water in bathroom could be a little higher.

Warm and cozy house surrounded with garden full of lemon trees with lemons. Rate includes tasty and generous breakfast with toasts with home cheese, fried eggs, tomato and cucumber salad with aromatic oil, Georgian bread, cherry jam and high quality tea. We enjoyed our stay and genuine hospitality of Rezo and Nate. It's a pity we couldn't try sauna and swimming pool as it was under renovation. So we shall come back once it's over!

A bathtub curtain would be useful in the bathroom.

Our host were amazing! They gave us homemade vine to taste. The room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of it 😍 Lady host gave us a painkillers for stomach ache for my girlfriend.

It's a very familiar place with three rooms for guests inside the house. The owners are just lovely people and they take nicelycare of you. The have a huge garden, with own vegetables and fruits. It's very clean and we definitely recommend it when you like to stay in a very calm and peaceful place. You can also walk to some abandoned old buildings, which is quite interesting.

Only one thing - one side of our bed creaked with sound (i don't know about the other rooms).

Such a nice place with an amazing hosts Rezo and Nata! Nata's dinner is just so delicious and amazing. The room is with mountain view and it was quite and peaceful there. House is full of trees and we even ate fresh lemons from the tree. Beautiful region and people! Would definitely come again.
