Sound may travel easy with this sort of buildings - we heard people in the neighbouring flats moving furniture in the middle of the night several times. Not every night, but two or three nights it disturbed the sleep, although not too bad but you could hear easily when a chair is being dragged around the floor or even someone walking in high hilled shoes. Not sure if this could be helped. Perhaps, rugs should be put on the floors in the upstairs flats? Some buildings have this type of requirements, but I am not sure if this can be done.

We had a wonderful stay, for a week the apartment was our home away from home. Location is in the city centre, 8 min walk from the underground, 30 min walk from the old town, close to everything necessary. Many shops in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants. This area is not filled with tourists as much as the old city, easier to find things you need while traveling. We enjoyed the little terrace, underfloor heating and spacious bathroom. Each of the two bedrooms was decent size, one with a king size bed, another with twin beds. Plenty of throws in the wardrobes, good supply of towels, slippers and a dressing gown made it very comfortable. The kitchen corner had a kettle, a cooker and supply of bottled water for us. There was also a washing machine and a spacious lounge. Most pleasant was that the apartment faced away from the noisy street. The building is rather new, so everything was in a tip top condition. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!

It is one of the most comfortable apartments in Tbilisi so far. Spacious, comfortable, clean. With heated floors, balcony, fully equipped kitchen. Central location, with shops and cafes across the street. I have to complement an amazing host, Maya, for easy communication and hospitality. twelve out of ten.

The apartment is conveniently located 2-minute walk from the central avenue in Tbilisi. Yet, you don't hear the traffic. It is modern, nicely designed by the owners, well-equipped, and cosy. I can tell from my experience that the owners are open, communicative people ready to help guests with various aspects connected with the visit to the city. All this made my stay very comfortable.

We can describe our stay with one word - fantastic. This was far the best apparment during our trip in Georgia for 3 weeks. Great design, all amenities, very well equipped (even tooth brushes and other higiene items, bath robes etc if you need). Host provides excellent free shuttle service to airport. We had flight at 5.25 in the morning and driver was precise on time agreed to pick up us. Host was super helpful and kind. Thank you!

I am quite noise sensitive. Even if I wore earplugs, I heard street noise. ( with the windows shut) if I awakened between 2 and 3 am, sometimes, I found it difficult to falll asleep again

Great location close to coffee, bakeries, grocery stores, shopping and mudeums without being on the main drag. Kitchen, washing machine. Exceptional hostess!

on the first 2 days they were working on tiling the side walk right under my balcony so it was a bit noisy during the day but they're finished now.

it's a very comfortable cozy apartment, very well equipped and the owner is very nice, she waited for me in the apartment although it took me almost 3 hours to come from the airport due to traffic jams (it was the freedom day for Georgia) and she provided me with free bottled water and snacks.

Very clean, simple yet so nice, complete with everything you need. Heated floors, has bidet. The hosts are so accommodating, polite and very helpful (what medicines we need and where to find, etc.) Frankly, hosts attitudes and behavious alone made myself and my friends want to stay again here on our next visit to Tbilisi

It was the very first time that there was no one to meet us and to give a key. we were desperately asking the neighbors to call the owner as we had no internet and no Georgian sim. The same with departure. No one came. It was a bit disappointing as we read a lots of warm words about the owners. :(
