Wonderful accommodation in a beautiful area of the city. The place is very quiet, comfortable, and authentic. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was particularly impressive: it was very clean, beautiful, and stocked with plenty of tableware and utensils. Many thanks to the hosts, who are very nice people! They even met me at the entrance when I got a little lost. We also had a very pleasant conversation! If I return to Tbilisi, I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to everyone😊

Perfect location for exploring Tbilisi. This is also a great opportunity to stay in one of the traditional old houses (late 1800s) in Tbilisi Nana is the kindest and most considerate host I have met. I highly recommend Guest House Teo!

An accommodation with a nice feeling of genuine Georgian home environment. A delightful hostess who cares about the guest's well-being without being intrusive. She also speaks good English. Good location close to the train station, Metro and shops. I returned here with joy when I was prevented from going to Kazbegi.

The hosts are amasing. Extreemly kind and helpfull. We have been in Georgia now for 7 weeks and these are the nicest people so far. They called a taxi for me in the middle of the night, so I would catch the plane on time. Thank you🥰

Calm environment, apartment clean. The owner is helpful, but not intrusive. There is everything you need for daily use. Next to a lot of shops, cafes, tennis courts.

The apartment is in a perfect location and it ist super spacious! Indefinitely recommend staying here during your time in Tbilisi! Nana is very nice and helpful and speaks great English!

The room is located near the centre of Tbilisi in the old authentic building. There is a lot of space and light, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a well equipped private bathroom. Personal is very hospitable.

Very nice family, a quiet place in a district with plenty of restaurants, not that far from the main train station. Metro station at 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Our host Nana is such a sweet person! The bed was comfortable and the room was really nice too. There is nearly no traffic so we slept well and if it‘s too bright we closes the wooden panels so that the sun wouldn’t wake us.

Wi-Fi was a little weak.

They wash the dishes every day, and if I put the laundry down, they do it for me.They changed the towels and cleaned the room.

There was a sewage problem in the bathroom. The smell was so bad that it woke me up in the night. I was unable to use the toilet or shower. It was a health hazard. When I alerted the owner to this issue, she tried to solve a problem with a bottle of bleach and took the shower to pieces. It did not work. When I tried to tell her that it did not work, she told me that there was no problem. The shower remained disconnected. I ended up checking out early and was not offered any refund.

shared kitchen which wasn't mentioned in the description and in messages with the host, noise coming in from there especially when working, having to knock and ask if I can come in to the kitchen, sometimes it was chilly so I had to convince them to add A.C. having to ask for every little thing like trash bags, is inconvenient. Wifi cuts off a few times a day so you have to restart it, falling apart and not clean kettle, the price for this shared accommodation is the same for a private apartment.

Accommodating landlord and family, offered to do washing, drying for me, cleaning and changing sheets. Were ready to supply whatever was missing like trash bags or toilet paper.
