We had a great stay in this comfortable room near Vera Park. Although it’s located on a busy main street, it was perfectly quiet inside, away from the city noise. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Rustaveli Metro Station, with numerous shops and cafes nearby. The room was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Our host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We only stayed one night, but we’d definitely choose this place again when visiting Tbilisi.

The apartment had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a great shower, air conditioning, and a very convenient location close to shops and transport. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, except for a sewer smell inside the room. Other than that, nothing else.

The location was excellent! Metro station was just two minutes from the room. You could walk downtown as well. The location was just amazing!

Right in the city, a lovely basement apartment that has everything one would need. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious. Owned by a nice man.

A very good place in the city centre. The host is really helpful. It has a good share, an AC, a full kitchen, and comes with a private parking in the city centre. You need to contact the host to let you in for the first time, the gate is closed.

We had one key for two people, it would have been better to have 2 keys.

The apartment offered all you needed for a normal sleep, including a nice bed, fresh clean bed linen, a large comfortable sofa, an armchair, and chairs. There was even a washer and an ironing board with an iron. The bathroom included a shower and both cold and hot water. There was a hairdryer. The kitchen featured a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and dishes, plates, cups, glasses of different sizes, spoons, forks, knives, etc..

This place was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, warm, and beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and super cozy, and the kitchen had everything you could need – from basic dishes to a toaster and more. The dining area was really nice, with a couch and a big table that’s great for both eating and working. The heating system was adjustable, which made it even more comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower. The owner was the nicest person – so helpful and friendly, which made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be better either – just a 1-minute walk from Stamba and 2 minutes from Rustaveli subway station. If you see this place available, don’t hesitate – BOOK it! You won’t regret it.

There is nothing to be disliked

We stayed there for 9 nights. Gocha is a super host. He took care of everything. The property is truely value for money. It has all the necessary facilities. We were provided with extra bed, toiletries, utensils, dishwash and other cleaning items. The heating was perfect in even -4 temperature. The apartment has proper ventilation and sunlight. The curtains are equipped with blinds. The location is near rustaveli metro station and next to stamba hotel. Gocha also provided us airport pick up and drop for a charge which was very comfortable. We wud recommend this apartment for sure to everyone looking for a calm and peaceful atmosphere as the courtyard it is located in is very peaceful.
